Mortis 2

Mortis: Iason gathers his followers in preparation for their journey, and tells them that they are needed most in Pella, for the disease was taking its toll across the region. There were but the one village on the way to Pella, a day's mortal journey by foot from the gates (Villages were much further than a half hours walk from a city), though there were two on either side a mere half day's journey to the North-East and South-West of the city, so Iason split the party into 3 groups, two each of 10, to the latter villages beside the city, and 20 to go with him to the village directly West of them, a days' journey away. They take with them as much food as they can carry in the two aged wagons that were from the outlying farms, and several Oxen  and ponies were loaded with the supplies. Some of the more wary members ask what is to be done if they are beset by bandits, but Iason replies that most of those would either be stricken by the plague, or long gone from the region. In any event, he simply directs them to ask Mortis for her bleesing and protection, and they head out 2 days after the mass vision.

At each village they are greeted at first with trepidation, the inhabitants worried about looters, but when they show their good intent, and better yet, their god-touched hands, they are treated as saviours, all three villages converting en masse as they see their loved ones rise up from their death beds to walk in the sunlight again, miraculously healthy. The pendants are shown to any who have an aptitude with metal, and where none are found, wood-carvers also create pendants of wood with the rose design, and you can feel your power in the Noumenal swell as your name and "Gardener of Souls' is whispered across the land.

The original village joins back up in Paros with a handful of newcomers from the other towns. Paros was a village Iason had visited before receiving his vision in Helios, and gathered that evening in prayer, the whole village joining them beside a celebratory bonfire. They ask their divine Lady for guidance as she had directed.

New Miracles: Same as before, only now your mendicant followers may heal at a touch when they carry your pendant and call on your name. You are seen as a Goddess of healing, with the ability to ease the suffering of any ministered by your pilgrims' hands.
