  6. Howdy, you _seem_ switched on but there are some problems! @ 12m:17s You glossed over the possibility for a person lying about his or her "inner witness" claim a bit too quickly (and, perhaps, smoothly). @ 14m10s - You correctly pointed out that a person making an "inner witness" claim could be _mistaken._ However, a person who makes an "inner witness" claim will be quick to assure you that he or she is not mistaken - _especially when that person is *lying!*_
  7.
  8. You must not brush aside the possibility for lying as you did (I hope that wasn't intentional). No meaningful progress can be made with someone who rejects the possibility for being mistaken and if they do admit the possibility, then there is no conversation.
  9.
  10. >> Rather than suggest the person could be mistaken (we both know the person could be) it is much better to point out that he or she could be *lying.* <<
  11.
  12. Not that they necessarily are, but that they _could_ be. After all, _whether or not they are lying,_ the person is presenting an "inner witness" claim *in the same form a lie would need to take.*
  13.
  14. Of course, it may be that they _are not_ mistaken, it may be that they _are_ reporting the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. _Praise the Lord!_ But, without a means to necessarily prove the "inner witness" claim, the claim remains *indistinguishable* from a lie. Knowing this, and this is the important bit: no *honest and intelligent* person would _insist_ that others should ever accept their "inner witness" experience actually happened.
  15.
  16. At most an "inner witness" experience would be mentioned in passing by an honest and intelligent person. It would be admitted it can never have value beyond that of a fascinating story. It is a personal and subjective experience, _like a dream._
  17.
  18. Only the dishonest and the stupid would insist that their "inner witness" experience can amount to anything more than the illusion of proof to others. It is proof of nothing. It is a fascinating *mind blow tale* like you might hear on stage from a charming story teller such as "Krauss" or "deGrasse Tyson" regarding the origin of the universe.
  19.
  20. "Inner witness" claims can only be proposed as "meaningful" by dishonest and stupid people. Why would you talk with dishonest and stupid people? And why wouldn't you challenge dishonest people about lying?
  21.
  22. I am amused - and bemused - that you have not yet managed to figure out the "lie system". You seem so close! But - you did not _seem_ to grasp the significance of claims that are (routinely) presented in the same form a lie would need to take.
