Tutoring - An incredibly complex and near forgotten technique (your school is rich, they can afford to do this though), students are taught in the ways of tutoring moves to pokemon, similar to the ways it was done in the past, prior to technical and hidden machines' inventions. (PS for a sense of balance, make TMs one use like they used to be, so you dont have people who hoard up one of every kind and stay stagnant. However make multiple of each kind obtainable.) With these teaching methods, and through intense and sometimes unusual training, a Tutor can unlock a pokemon's mind, and produce exclusive moves that are not ordinarily learned. The more skilled a tutor, the wider variety of moves they can teach. The difficulty would probably be as follows; Basic Tutoring and Move Deletion (anything found in most Current Gen Tutors, which would be 5th for now) => Elemental Pledge/Hyper Beam Tutoring => Egg Move Tutoring => Past generation Tutoring and TMs (ex: having a Chimchar learn Vacuum Wave, or Piplup learning Defog, or Larvitar learning Focus Punch from PastGeneration TM; Veekun will have these) => Event exclusive moves, listed below:
