Dear Google,

     My name is Altan. I recently purchased a Pixel XL from (insert company here). Let me start by saying it is a great device. Is by far one of Googles best. However, I have noticed that I have significant sound distortion when playing media through the speaker at medium to high levels. Distortion seems to happen at any levels above 60%. I have read many articles and have discovered this is a somewhat frequent problem with some Pixels. It is my understanding that all pixels come with a one year warranty. Can you please send me instructions on the process to obtain a new fully functional device. I have been a long time supporter of Google devices and have owned several. I would very much like to continue supporting your devices. But, this is a major issue for me and how I use my device. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
