Vault of ECC - Savings Sign Contract

General Purpose of Contract: To setup a savings sign.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to create a trade sign within 3 hours of being paid 1,000 ECD by @otherperson, the following written on it: Line 2: $1000, Line 3 1 stone:256, it's located at co-ordinates (CO-ORDS) in Rising. It can be accessed easily by typing /warp kokiri and walking straight forward to the lift signs and using them. I agree to only use @otherperson's money with their permission, for example if they ask me to withdraw the money.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@otherperson agrees to pay @me 1,000 ECD within 3 hours of contract approval. They understand that if they are wiped off of /seen their money can be claimed by the Vault of ECC (@THCOOL, @OBBLEBOBBLE, @EEKELMO). I understand that if I wish to withdraw money I must pay 1% of what I am withdrawing.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
