The male students at South Park Elementary would be the only ones with their gender altered, and as for sexuality, I'm thinking they'd all be lesbians(including the canon girls of South Park Elementary) partially due to there being no guys in their age group in town, they'd view sex very casually(like Drawn Together levels of casualness towards sex), and most characters would have personalities similar to canon(except for Erica Cartman who'd be a lot closer to how guy Cartman was in the first 2-3 seasons of the show instead of how he is currently since that'd be insufferable, also much like that pic posted earlier she's the cute sort of fat, not the gross kind like guy Cartman is), and as for relationships, again fairly close to canon, except Stacey(R63 Stan), and Wendy are still together, and Kylie and Erica are in a relationship(a rather volatile one, but that's how they like it)

Well way I see it, for this AU we wouldn't be giving much if any focus to the adult characters(partially due to there being almost no change at all to them from canon), so we'd have more room to focus on the kids, so besides the main 4 plus Butters and Wendy(and girl versions of the more prominent male students in the show; Clyde, Tweak, Token, and Craig


Are there even any other prominent girls in the show besides Wendy?

Depends on exactly what you mean by Prominent, besides Wendy, Bebe, and Nicole, most of the other girls in this pic have all had at least one episode where they had a role of some importance(probably helps that all but Tammy Nelson and Emily Anderson are members of the cheerleading squad so they have higher chances of having an important role, if mostly through interacting with a more important character like Wendy or Bebe)

Well most of those characters I brought up, have had at least one role of importance in at least one episode, even if most of the time they're background characters, but again since we'd be focusing on the kids almost exclusively in this AU, it makes sense to flesh out the minor characters a bit, cause while they'd still be secondary characters, they'd become more prominent as we wouldn't be having the main cast interacting with the adults very often in this version(indeed I'd suggest outside of when absolutely necessary we pull a Peanuts on how adults would be shown and treated), so there's some open roles to fill

And I'm guessing Kelly would be the biggest whore of them all? That is when she's not dying on a daily basis.
but of course,thinking she wouldn't have the dying gimmick though, maybe find something more appropriate and sexy to use as a running gag, maybe borrow the running gag from Neurotically Yours where Germaine periodically either gets cummed on by an inanimate object, or tentacles appear from nowhere to bone her


So are we talking about free for all anything goes relationships between any two girls as long as they both are comfortable with it?
Also we're keeping this strictly to the kids right? No adult characters getting involved in this.
yes(there's a couple deeper relationships like Stacey and Wendy's, but even those are open relationships) and yes(for a whole lot of reasons, the adults in general wouldn't be aware of all the messed up stuff the girls are doing to themselves and to each other

Would the girls fully comprehend what sex is really meant for and how taboo it's considered or do they view it in a child's mind and think it's a super fun game or a way of expressing love?

I have a feeling that they'd half-understand it. They get that it feels good, they get that it's something adults do, but their specific understanding of it is completely wrong. >You stick your penis inside a girl and pee in her, and that's where babies come from!
