[20:53]	`GM	[The girls have been driving and driving for what has felt like weeks...]
[20:54]	`GM	[But really it was just eight hours.  Funny how that works out.]
[20:54]	Karan	All the same, Karan looks forward to the first chance to stretch her legs. The struggles of being tall...
[20:56]	`GM	[Jenna pulls up to a boring-looking off-white ranch house off the interstate, in the middle of fields of corn and grass.  There's an independant two car garage and an old shed that looks like it should be torn down.]
[20:56]	Agamedes	The small girl is snoring quite loudly and drooling all over the nearest maid next to her making a rather questionable stains on where there needs to be none.
[20:57]	`GM	Jenna:  "We're there yet."
[20:57]	Karan	"Finally," Karan sighs.
[20:58]	`GM	Dorothy:  "See, I TOLD you that Michigan wasn't just trees!"
[20:59]	`GM	[Dorothy tries to push Medes off of her, the maid's mouth leaving a trail of fluid sticking to her shoulder as she does.]
[21:00]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Ick, gross.  Medes wake up!"
[21:00]	Agamedes	"Nnhn, I want animal crackers Mother Maryyyyyy." She smiles and clings onto Dorothy even more snuggling up against her.
[21:00]	`GM	[The high-schooler shoves Medes against the side of the car forcibly.]
[21:01]	Meredith[o_o]	looks up from the book she's been reading, and looks over at the house.
[21:01]	Meredith[o_o]	"Shouldn't we be pulling into the garage?"
[21:01]	Karan	Karan opens up the driver-side door and steps out, stretching. If need be, she'll intervene, but drool is the least bad thing she'll have to deal with...
[21:01]	Karan	Or at least, she would. She pauses with the door partway open.
[21:01]	Karan	"That seems like a good idea. They know this vehicle, so if we hide it, that could help."
[21:02]	`GM	[Jenna deadpans at the pair of them.]
[21:02]	Agamedes	The girl was still out cold, deep in dreamland fun time. "We'll ..nn.. be right back after all these convoluted messages."
[21:02]	`GM	Jenna:  "This garage doesn't have an automatic opener.  Shocking, I know."
[21:03]	Karan	"When is this, two-thousand? I'll get the door."
[21:03]	Karan	Karan actually exits the car and sets about opening it.
[21:04]	`GM	[Jenna goes back to the wheel, tapping her fingers on the leather as she waits for the door to open.]
[21:04]	`GM	Jenna:  "This is pre-2000, actually.  Not every house has to be new, you know."
[21:05]	`GM	[Dorothy wipes the spit off her sweater with Medes' blouse and exits the vehicle, being sure to shut the door since Jenna will be moving the car shortly.]
[21:06]	Meredith[o_o]	"Yes, but not every old house has been utterly neglected convenience-wise."
[21:06]	Agamedes	"Ngnn.. no more tentacle pornnnn... "She squirms from her own wet saliva and began to stir. "Mmm...?"
[21:07]	`GM	Jenna:  "Oh boo-hoo, can you not get up off your ass and change the channel from the TV frame?"
[21:07]	Karan	Karan loudly hoists open the garage door.
[21:07]	`GM	Jenna:  "Kids today..."
[21:09]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Hey, don't look at me, our remote never worked!"
[21:09]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Or, well, we lost the remote, and I could never get the app to work..."
[21:10]	`GM	[Jenna pulls into the garage, which is full of miscellaneous tools and planks of wood.  Definitely has that lived-in vibe to it.]
[21:12]	`GM	[Outside, a brisk wind blows through the corn fields.  No leaves rustle, as the tips of the plants have only just begun to sprout.]
[21:12]	`GM	Jenna:  "Are you happy NOW, Karan?"
[21:13]	Karan	"Happy as can be for our predicament, at least," she replies.
[21:13]	Karan	"Being outside of cities is... Different."
[21:13]	Meredith[o_o]	"Will we have time to train Dorothy, do you think?"
[21:13]	`GM	[Dorothy takes the opportunity to attempt a few cartwheels on the grass to relieve some energy.  She's not very good at them.]
[21:14]	`GM	[Jenna steps out of the car, glancing at Merry with a dour expression.]
[21:14]	Karan	"I hope so."
[21:14]	`GM	Jenna:  "Depends on what you mean by 'train'."
[21:16]	`GM	Jenna:  "Because damned if I know what kind of time we have anymore."
[21:16]	Meredith[o_o]	"Well, we should probably start with basic self-defense before getting into her powers, whatever those are."
[21:17]	`GM	Jenna:  "They're something she needs more than self-defense, I can tell you that much."
[21:18]	`GM	Jenna:  "Without them she's DEFINITELY dead.  Without self-defense she's PROBABLY dead."
[21:18]	`GM	Jenna:  "But don't tell her I said that."
[21:18]	Karan	"First, she needs to get in shape to use either, honestly..."
[21:18]	Karan	Karan looks across the fields.
[21:18]	Karan	"Let's not have Tyro train her for a while yet. A little too harsh..."
[21:18]	`GM	[Dorothy returns and pulls the door open on Medes, surprised she hasn't gotten out yet.]
[21:19]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Wake up, sleepyhead and idiot!"
[21:20]	Agamedes	The girl then tumbles out and lets out the content from that Taco Stand they passed by all over the ground. "...no more shady jesus burrito." She gets out, still half asleep having that look like certain old man. "I have no memories of this place."
[21:20]	Karan	"If you did, I'd be surprised."
[21:20]	`GM	[Dorothy jumps back, away from the sick.]
[21:21]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Jeez, I thought you were a professional!  You're not genetically engineered to not get carsick or whatever?"
[21:22]	Karan	"They focused on the... bigger things, first."
[21:22]	`GM	[Dorothy glances at Karan's chest.]
[21:22]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Damn straight, gurl."
[21:23]	Karan	Karan :|'s.
[21:23]	Karan	She then again looks across the fields.
[21:23]	Agamedes	"Por favor-whaa?" She tilts her head, still stuck in Mehico-land. " Senor, please buy taco for me fami-- ah... farm? Are we dead alraedy?"
[21:26]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Not so long as you keep your sick off my shoes; I only brought one spare pair!"
[21:27]	`GM	Jenna:  "You girls have fun with that; I need a damn drink..."
[21:27]	`GM	[The elder heads inside.]
[21:27]	Karan	Karan pipes up once more.
[21:27]	Karan	"... Is there food here? Other than the fields, I mean. I don't remember the last town we passed through."
[21:28]	Agamedes	"Shoes smooze. BOOZE!?" She perks up from her slumber and tails Jenna from behind wanting something to drink already. Which is a GREAT idea on an empty convulsing stomach by the way.
[21:30]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Weren't you paying attention, Karan?  Aunt Jen said she's got people coming to these safe houses once a month for like yard work and dusting and stuff."
[21:31]	Karan	"I must've been dazed by the fields when she mentioned that. Oddly hypnotic."
[21:32]	Meredith[o_o]	heads inside to look through the drinks and prepare one of Jenna's favored cocktails.
[21:32]	`GM	[The entryway leads directly into a cozy kitchen with basic amenities.  There's no dining room, just a large carpeted great room with bedrooms on the other side of it.  The interior is various shades of cream and off white, with some generic landscape pictures on the walls.  Homey, if spartan.]
[21:33]	Agamedes	"They better have some moonshine here." She pops into the house after Jenna and begins to explore the place like the curious girl she is.
[21:34]	Karan	Karan pokes her head into each room, making sure they're the only occupants.
[21:34]	`GM	[The alcohol selection is equally spartan.  A few hard liquors, one red wine, one white wine, and some beer in the fridge, but nothing cocktail-worthy.]
[21:35]	`GM	[Dorothy stays outside to look at the propane tank out back.  She's never seen one before!]
[21:36]	`GM	[The house is quite empty.  Three bedrooms, one small bathroom with shower/tub.  A very spacious basement that's very grey, but at least clean.]
[21:37]	Karan	Karan returns to the rest, satisfied. "Where's Dorothy?"
[21:38]	`GM	[Jenna peels a wet washcloth off her eyes as she rests on the white leather couch.]
[21:38]	`GM	Jenna:  "Don't you even joke about that, kid."
[21:39]	Agamedes	Agamedes would walk up and randomly select one of the hard liquors on the shelf and drank it straight out of the bottle. "Say wha?" She turns to Jenna as she drank her second gulp.
[21:39]	Meredith[o_o]	"Medes, that's disgusting. You threw up, and then you put your mouth on the bottle. Jesus."
[21:40]	Agamedes	"No, Jesus was the guy who was selling us those bad burritos."
[21:41]	`GM	Jenna:  "Merry, you have my permission to take the bottle away from the baby.  I don't want you girls getting drunk tonight."
[21:41]	Karan	"I'll check right outside," Karan states, off to seek Dorothy.
[21:42]	`GM	[Dorothy is outside mushing down molehills with the heel of her shoe.]
[21:42]	Meredith[o_o]	grabs the bottle. "Gonna have to burn this, I imagine. Certainly no good for anyone else."
[21:43]	`GM	Jenna:  "Keep it.  Her wounds could use some more disinfecting, I imagine~"
[21:43]	`GM	[The woman grins cruelly]
[21:43]	Agamedes	"Heyyyyyyyyyy! " She frowns protesting and then walks over to the shelf again and took another swig from a clear bottled one before putting it back. She then heard about the booze in wound, the girl making a rather cringey face.
[21:43]	Karan	Karan walks up to Dorothy.
[21:44]	Meredith[o_o]	"Medes, no booze. Not at all."
[21:44]	Karan	"There you are. How are you doing?"
[21:46]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Huh?  Oh, I'm cool, I'm cool.  Just, y'know, gardening or whatever."
[21:46]	`GM	Dorothy:  "The hills make a cool squish when you step on them, like it's not just dirt.  I've always liked it~"
[21:47]	Karan	Karan chuckles.
[21:47]	Karan	"Have to find fun where you can, right?"
[21:48]	Karan	After a moment, she continues.
[21:48]	Karan	"In-between all the training you'll need, especially."
[21:48]	`GM	[Dorothy perks up at that.]
[21:48]	Agamedes	"Fine but I'm going to be drinking some more once you poor schmucks go to sleep."
[21:48]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Wait woah, are you girls actually going to TRAIN me?  Like, for real?!"
[21:49]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Like, I mean, I know Jen said I was a Maid too or whatever, but I guess I never...  Wooaah, cool~"
[21:50]	Karan	Karan runs a hand through her hair.
[21:50]	Meredith[o_o]	"If you do, we're tying you to the roof until you've finished vomiting again."
[21:50]	`GM	Jenna:  "You are fucking NOT, Slattern!  Do you want me to pour that teq in your wounds myself?!"
[21:50]	Karan	"You may not enjoy the first part... How long is your mile run?"
[21:51]	`GM	Dorothy:  "...5280 feet?"
[21:51]	Karan	"Har har. Time?"
[21:51]	`GM	Jenna:  "Or did those swords just maaa~agically appear out of thin air?  Oh wait they DID."
[21:52]	`GM	[Jenna, despite still laying on the couch like a lump, is really quite serious.]
[21:52]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Oh, uhh...  Twelve, something, I forget, that was back in sophomore year."
[21:52]	`GM	[Dorothy is not so perky anymore.]
[21:53]	Agamedes	"Waht's a teq?" She tilts, clearly Jenna's had more than the girl did. "Fiinnneeee.... Imma go to the fields and see if I find those blasted aliens.. I swear... they had better not be weak to water."
[21:53]	Karan	Karan takes a deep breath, her mind swimming amongst her own troubles when young...
[21:54]	Karan	"To be honest, you'll need seven or six."
[21:54]	Karan	She takes a lighter tone.
[21:54]	Karan	"But we don't need to do everything all at once."
[21:54]	`GM	[Jenna sighs.]
[21:54]	Karan	"Not quite," she thinks inwardly.
[21:55]	`GM	Jenna:  "Teq like tequila?  Did you even READ the bottle?"
[21:56]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Oh, dang...  But, like, not EVERYONE needs seven or six, right?  I mean, like, I'm sure some maids aren't like all super-athletic and stuff, r-right?  There's all sorts, yeah?  So maybe, like, I'm one of those...?"
[21:56]	Meredith[o_o]	"Probably not, it has words with more than one syllable on it."
[21:56]	`GM	Jenna:  "Daaaaaaaayyyyyuuum."
[21:58]	Karan	"I'm one of the average athletic ones, myself."
[21:59]	Karan	Karan folds her arms, toned muscle still barely showing.
[21:59]	`GM	Dorothy:  "So, like, what's your mile?"
[22:01]	Karan	"A bit more than five minutes, when I push myself."
[22:03]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Ooooooo..."
[22:03]	`GM	Jenna:  "Merry, give me something with some booze in it."
[22:04]	`GM	[Jenna stretches out a hand and flexes her fingers needily.]
[22:04]	Agamedes	"RUSSEL CROWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" She yells and runs into one of the fields and smacks one of the plants down. "OOOOHHHH RIGHT IN THE EAR"
[22:05]	Karan	"How early do you get up?"
[22:05]	Meredith[o_o]	pours Jenna some liquor from one of the untainted bottles.
[22:05]	Karan	Karan presses on, continuing the impromptu interview.
[22:06]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Well, the bus comes at 7, so I get up at, like, six I guess?"
[22:07]	Karan	Karan nods.
[22:07]	Agamedes	There are sadly no crows when Agamedes ran throug the field before she got bored and looked around here. "...boring."
[22:07]	Karan	"Good. We'll start at five."
[22:07]	`GM	[The field is not the field of movies and people with chainsaws.  It is a field of baby plants for babies.]
[22:09]	`GM	[Jenna sits up and takes a folded piece of paper out of her pocket.  She inspects it carefully while sipping her drink.]
[22:10]	Agamedes	"... no childrens here either. Shame...maybe I can see dead people?" She shrugs making her way back and looking at the surroundings for anything interesting.
[22:10]	`GM	Jenna:  "Merry, see what we've got for medical supplies around here.  We should have some good stuff stocked, not your namby-pamby first aid kits."
[22:11]	`GM	[The surroundings are two fields of baby corn sprouts, and one field of grass, and the I-96 interstate.  There's also a big drainage ditch behind you.  The neighbors are several hundred feet away in any direction.]
[22:12]	`GM	Jenna:  "Particularly anesthetic."
[22:13]	Agamedes	"Bah.. so far.." She could barely make out what seems to be little houses in the distance as they're too far to walk without tiring oneself and opts for the ditch instead. "Mmm... This would be a good place to put a dead body."
[22:14]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Fiiiive?  Aww, what for?"
[22:14]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Six is like five!"
[22:15]	Karan	"When it gets down to it, you'll need to perform miracles and our enemies won't give you the chance for a full night of sleep. It sucks, but every bit you suffer now will make you tougher when you need it later.
[22:17]	`GM	[Agamedes does not find a dead body in the ditch.]
[22:17]	Karan	"... I started at two AM, sometimes."
[22:18]	`GM	Dorothy:  "...At that point shouldn't you just, like, not bother sleeping?"
[22:19]	Karan	"When you go weeks without a full night of sleep, you get every scrap you can."
[22:19]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Do we...  HAVE, weeks?  Like do you even know how long we're staying here?"
[22:20]	`GM	[Dorothy looks down and shuffles her feet]
[22:20]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Look, it's just...  You lived this all your life, you had TIME, craploads of time.  I don't have time like that."
[22:21]	Karan	Karan takes a softer tone.
[22:21]	Karan	"We know. We might not even be here long, but we've got to make the best of it that we can."
[22:22]	Karan	"And honestly we're not likely able to pull you up to our level in this short of time, but with every step you take, you'll get stronger and our chances will improve."
[22:22]	Agamedes	"Damn... no dead bodies here. BREAKING BAD LIED TO ME." She screams in anguish before dropping her act and exploring more of the ditch in one direction away from their farmhouse.
[22:23]	`GM	Jenna:  "Oh, and Merry, a scalpel.  And stitches, probably.  Or staples.  Whatever, stuff like that!"
[22:24]	Meredith[o_o]	looks through the drawers, cabinets, and closets to see what she can find medical supply-wise.
[22:25]	`GM	[In the closet of the bathroom Merry finds a high-quality medical kit, filled with the sort of supplies Merry herself has used to patch herself up back home.]
[22:27]	`GM	[The ditch is rough-going with plenty of tangled grass and rocks, as ditches are; you're not meant to walk around in them.  Occasionally a rodent of some kind wiggles around in the undergrowth.]
[22:28]	`GM	[Number of enemy campers found: 0]
[22:28]	`GM	[Chance of them using the Cold-Blooded perk to avoid detection: Banana%]
[22:33]	`GM	Dorothy:  "...You don't know that."
[22:33]	`GM	[Dorothy looks into Karan's eyes, trying to put on a brave face and stave off various forms of despair.]
[22:34]	`GM	Dorothy:  "You don't even know why I'm a Maid.  How do YOU know I'll improve?"
[22:34]	Karan	Karan stares right back, trying to lend her strength.
[22:35]	Karan	"Because I did. We're different, but if I could become me as I stand now, you too can improve. Will improve."
[22:35]	Karan	"It won't be easy, and it won't be quick, but it's inevitable. Especially with us to guide you."
[22:37]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Yeah, inevitable...  Maybe when I'm 30."
[22:37]	Meredith[o_o]	brings it back to Jenna. "Here you go."
[22:37]	Karan	"You've heard the term 'trial by fire', yes?"
[22:37]	Agamedes	tosses a chain of...well..chains and misses the rodent. "DAMMIT."
[22:37]	Karan	Karan takes a step closer.
[22:40]	`GM	[Dorothy steps back.]
[22:40]	`GM	Dorothy:  "I, uhh, I need an adult?"
[22:41]	Karan	Karan sighs and stops.
[22:42]	Karan	"Sorry. The short and thick of it is, you'll probably pick things up way faster than me, because you'll have to. Learning and growth always happens fastest when you don't have the choice to quit."
[22:45]	`GM	Dorothy:  "That's easy to say when you're there and I'm here.  You're... not really making feel better."
[22:45]	`GM	Dorothy:  "I wanna go inside and wash my hands..."
[22:48]	`GM	Jenna:  "Oh whuh?  Oh, that was fast.  Thanks."
[22:48]	Karan	"Sure. You can pick your room, too. Let's go."
[22:48]	`GM	[Jenna opens up the kit as she continues looking at the piece of paper.]
[22:49]	Karan	Karan begins leading the way back to the house, musing silently. "Once we figure out what her power is, hopefully she'll gain some confidence..."
[22:49]	`GM	Jenna:  "In case you're wondering, Merry, this is for Dorothy.  If everything is like it's SUPPOSED to be, she's got an implant in her back we need to get at."
[22:50]	`GM	Jenna:  "Probably not today, but sometime this week."
[22:51]	Agamedes	returns sometime later at the farmhouse, covered in mud, dirt, corn stalks, and rodent poop. "Hiiiii!"
[22:53]	`GM	[Jenna snaps the medkit shut and pockets the paper as new arrivals start coming into the house.]
[22:54]	`GM	Jenna:  "...Tell me you didn't have to chase Dorothy into old Farmer Jenkins' cow pasture.  Please tell me that, and make me believe that you're not lying.  I would like that."
[22:54]	`GM	Jenna:  "And can you do it without a crappy 90s movie reference, Medes?  For me~?"
[23:02]	`GM	[Dorothy walks in ahead of Karan and goes over to the bathroom, trying not to bother whatever it is the girls are doing in the living room.]
[23:03]	Agamedes	"The names Captain Jack Medes!" She triumphly puffed out her chest and tracking shit everywhere in the house, literally and figureatively.
[23:03]	Karan	Karan leaves her be. The pep talk didn't go the best, but as she improves, she'll notice it.
[23:04]	Karan	She rejoins the others following the shitshow.
[23:04]	`GM	Jenna:  "...Can someone punch the shrimp in the meme for me?  I'm too busy not getting drunk over here.  Also don't want to break a nail."
[23:07]	Agamedes	"No wonder you're still a virgin and single."
[23:08]	Karan	Karan launches a sucker-punch towards Medes's stomach as she re-enters!
[23:10]	Agamedes	"Oooof." She vomits the rest of the booze she drank earlier at Karan. Good job hero.
[23:14]	Karan	Karan attempts to dodge, but can't fully escape! Her arm gets hit, and a bit of her pants.
[23:15]	Karan	She promptly goes to wipe her arm on Medes, but thinks better of it and just leaves it at her side.
[23:16]	Karan	"... Done, Big sis. Dorothy and I just had a short chat."
[23:16]	Agamedes	"Note to Koran, the stupid bible of those ackbars. If you punch, get ready for Yak."
[23:18]	Karan	"Next time you're sliced up by an invisible assassin, use... That to reveal them, please?"
[23:18]	Meredith[o_o]	sighs. "Medes, if I drank, I would drink to forget you. But I don't, so I have to forget you the old fashioned way."
[23:19]	Agamedes	"Slices, not dices make a man whole once more Karen."
[23:21]	`GM	Jenna:  "Pretty long for a 'short' chat, Karan."
[23:21]	`GM	[Jenna taps her fingers on her arm judgingly.]
[23:21]	Agamedes	"Big Sister has a small man complex too!? Oh Jenna! I'm so sorry!" She goes over to hug Jenna, slightly covered in everything nasty.
[23:22]	`GM	[Jenna pushes her away with her foot]
[23:23]	`GM	Jenna:  "You weren't born in a barn, Medes.  I know.  I was there."
[23:23]	Karan	"With how many slices came off you, I'm surprised we can put you back together."
[23:23]	Karan	"I tried to give her a little heads up on the road ahead. Won't be easy, and all that."
[23:23]	Karan	"Tried a pep talk, too... That didn't go as well. But when she unlocks her abilities, she'll be more confident."
[23:23]	`GM	[Jenna raises an eyebrow.]
[23:24]	`GM	Jenna:  "Heads up?  Elaborate, please.  Last I checked neither of us were her mother but I'm pretty sure I'm closer to it than you."
[23:24]	Agamedes	"The barn was boring. I tried talking to a cow before. It just moo'd back at me. So I slapped it and walked out." She frowns and looks for a bathroom to clean up some.
[23:25]	Karan	Karan folds her clean arm.
[23:25]	`GM	[The bathroom is currently occupied by Dorothy, who is just sort of washing her hands slowly.]
[23:26]	Karan	"Becoming a Maid wasn't the nicest process. If we can make it easier on her, we owe it to her. At least, that's what I think."
[23:27]	Agamedes	She frowns and thinks of something. "I GOTTA POOOPYYYYYYYYYYYY" She yells out really loud.
[23:28]	`GM	[Jenna shakes her head, sadly]
[23:29]	`GM	Jenna:  "Karan, Karan...  You never had to BECOME a Maid.  Dorothy... she will."
[23:30]	`GM	Jenna:  "You can semantics your ass all night on the words, but you didn't know any other life."
[23:31]	`GM	[Dorothy jerks up suddenly and falls to the ground, grabbing the toilet for support but collapsing just the same.]
[23:31]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Waaaaughmb!"
[23:31]	Karan	"All the more reason, if you ask me."
[23:31]	Karan	Karan looks towards the bathroom.
[23:31]	Karan	"Are you alright?"
[23:32]	`GM	Jenna:  "Nothing you tell her is-- no, no, I'll wait."
[23:32]	`GM	[Jenna sips her drink instead]
[23:32]	Agamedes	"Oh Poopy, you were in there Dorky?" She sits down and braces her back against the door awaiting for her time to come.
[23:37]	`GM	Dorothy:  "Y-yeah, I'm all-all right, I think?  Medes just sort of showed up!"
[23:37]	Karan	Karan turns back to Jenna.
[23:41]	`GM	[Dorothy tries to exit the bathroom, and can't!  Something is weighing the door shut!]
[23:41]	Agamedes	"Oh sorry Dorky." She got up and lets the girl get out.
[23:42]	`GM	Jenna:  "Nothing you tell her is going to come close to anything she's going to have to deal with, Karan.  You don't know, hell I don't know what's going to be required of her to get through this."
[23:43]	`GM	Jenna:  "In my opinion, no expectation is going to be better than a low expectation.  She'll survive, or she won't."
[23:43]	`GM	[The elder sister looks into her glass pensively]

[23:45]	`GM	[Dorothy retreats to an unoccupied bedroom, really feeling like she could use a minute or two hundred to herself after a day without it.]

[23:46]	`GM	Jenna:  "I should have left her alone.  Just ignored Dorothy completely.  They would never have found her..."

[23:47]	Agamedes	The small girl would take over the bathroom there and began to clean up what she could taking off her clothes and cleaning off the muck of the day along with other various nasties.

[23:47]	Karan_	"They... would have found her anyway. The power-hungry don't leave stones unturned."
[23:48]	`GM	[Jenna slams her glass on a nearby endtable.]

[23:53]	Karan_	Karan approaches and rests a hand on her shoulder.

[23:55]	`GM	[Jenna leans into Karan, hoping for comfort that she doesn't even feel she deserves.]
