  3. I am writing in representation of an anonymous project of 100+ international contributors working towards a non-profit goal. Our project aims to utilize SurveyMonkey to progress in a fair and democratic way. As many of us are college students with unreliable sources of income, composing a fluid workbase of temporary contributors, we have sought a cost-effective and robust surveying mechanism capable of filtering and archiving survey results. We are aware of SurveyMonkey's competitors, but believe SurveyMonkey to be the company best suited to our needs.

  5. We sought to contact you regarding an issue with the SurveyMonkey Terms of Service. Our would-be surveyors noticed that multiple users per account is a Terms of Service violation. Due to our demographic problems regarding funding, the use of an Enterprise Account would be both unsustainable and impossible to initiate. Similarly, sharing the burden of a Platinum account would be unsustainable due to the high fees and distribution of recurrent fees across all users. This is especially true due to our status as a not-for-profit project with limited financial incentives for cash investment.

Are there any mechanisms, either pre-existing or unique to our own scenario, that could allow our collective organisation to use SurveyMonkey accross various IP addresses without violating the Terms of Service, within our own funding limitations? We are aware of the costs in terms of administration, programming and hosting practicalities for a company as dynamic as SurveyMonkey, but can only stress that as a not-for-profit collective existing outside the ordinary stratifications of business that we cannot fund an endeavor as large as an Enterprise Account - for reasons of sheer managerial impossibility in addition to costliness.

  9. If it is absolutely impossible to accommodate our group within the SurveyMonkey userbase, then this would deliver a huge blow to our project, and dishearten our online community greatly. It is likely that by the time this correspondence has been issued, over a hundred active contributors will be expecting a response. At the moment, the consensus among these users is one of respect for the SurveyMonkey platform, and we would feel a great deal of remorse if we were compelled to seek the help of another company.
