I have come the point where I am no longer happy working with Delta or Trem. The working relations have broken down to many reason. I have come to the point where I can not put the time into UGX and I wish I could. The drama that is clearly affecting Me, Delta and Trem is becoming an issue for me and for the rest of the team. this is not a nice environment for me to be working in or them.

I Joined wanting to be a part of the background works to UGX but have been meet with nothing more than annoyance and arrogance. Trem is… was not so much an issue to this and I enjoyed my time working with him.

I would like to say sorry for anything I have started and anything that I could have avoided. And I would also like to thank all of the staff here at UGX. Your feedback and input to my work has helped me really refine my design process.

Sadly I am going to have to say that I am going to resign. I have had a short lived time here and towards the end it has become literal hell for me to be able to communicate with the core staff.

I will also be taking all file rights, Designs and concepts with me. This will affect the UGXL, UGXLIN, UGXHP and UGX Forums designs. I have already taken down any assets that I have made for any of the projects and I am sorry for not mentioning these before hand.

This is where it gets legal. If any of my designs, concepts or sketches are used in any further release of any of these above stated applications / web app then I will be forced to take legal action in the form of dmca or other. I do not want to do this so please respect the fact that the designs and concepts and theming implementation belongs to me and because of that I own the copyright to the files, concepts, designs, assets and sketches. I do not want to take legal action. I have little time to deal with it but I have had to do it before and I will do it again if I need to. Changing colours, images, etc does not change the fact. I own the original files, etc and due to this modifications to my original work does not change this fact.

If Delta or Trem would like to continue this conversation about keeping my work and providing the correct credit then I am happy to come to a welcomed agreement about the assets.
