  1. Transcription of Coast to Coast interview with Gordon Duff in 2012
  2.
  3. 6:44 mins
  4. VT story on Chinese/US operation against ETs
  5. Duff: VT began after 2000, set up by US special forces as a back channel for special forces people to be able to discuss off the record, their own experiences.
  6. It was set up on servers outside the US.
  7. Around 2006, I took the site over and thought I would make it more international because we deal with a lot of allies and to a great extent, people who serve in special operations have special problems.
  8. A lot of them suffer from post-traumatic stress.
  9. A lot of people who work special operations, Navy Seals, the US Special Forces, Marine Force Reconnaissance, Naval Intelligence people have a severe need to gossip with each other.
  10. We needed to have people with the ability to speak with each other and have people around with good enough sense never to publish any intelligence.
  11. So people are allowed to say to each other here pretty much anything and almost nothing hit.
  12. This is one of the most unusual points I got into.
  13. I work for a large defence contracting firm and as one of the senior officers, we do EUR 35 billions a year.
  14. When it came down to having to deal with this story and hit the publish button after receiving 2 confirmations, I only hope that the people who write my paychecks would forget my name is on the top of it.
  15.
  16. 9:56 mins
  17. I had about 4 days of reports
  18. A couple of years ago, a Chinese sub had fired a missile off the coast of Los Angeles.
  19. We have a lot of senior airforce and NASA people with us.
  20. Eg Clinton Bastion, the chief nuclear weapons designer for the DoE for 41 years is one of our advisors, General Hamid Gul, former head of the ISI, Eugene Khrushchev from Russia's intelligence.
  21. We have a broad group of people here so we had good reports from people when this Chinese rocket went up.
  22. They watched the plume, they knew what the fuels were, they knew it was a very primitive quality rocket compared to ours.
  23. We were wondering why the Chinese had done this.
  24. So we began watching the movements of the Chinese.
  25. We began watching the movements of the old Russian subs in the Gulf of Mexico, the return of the bare(?) bombers on the flight from Moscow down to Cuba.
  26. We began seeing people stretching their legs a little bit.
  27. So we became wary.
  28. Not because we necessarily mean anything; it's like a racehorse, we never know when to stop.
  29.
  30. 11:40 mins
  31. We get simple calls - we have pretty much the entire Chinese navy off San Francisco.
  32. Compared to our navy, they are fairly humourous.
  33. They were there. They were operating with Japanese They were operating with S Koreans.
  34. We have as many as 5 of their nuclear subs there.
  35. We were making no attempts to watch them at all.
  36. We had our own ships that head out and we were getting reports that people were afraid of running into so many ships out there.
  37. We know a military operation of some kind was going on....
  38. During the news you talked about the Gary MacKinnon story.
  39. MacKinnon's claim is that he had hacked the records of essentially James Kirk and starfleet.
  40. He found the pay records for us running a major extraterresterrial capability and I have no knowledge specifically of that.
  41. But over a long career, say 43 years .... I worked at reasonable levels with the intelligence groups and when I travel now, I meet typically with heads of intelligence agencies, chiefs of armies or chiefs of state.
  42. It's not unusual and frankly with 192 countries, you can't cross the street without running into a chief of state.
  43. We get very heavy sources and the 1st issue we got is ..... we have 2 sets of technologies; one they tell people about that we really have and then one we know we have
  44. There are a couple of areas I work in.
  45. One, as a corporation, we work in green energy and as we work on government projects. We have people who work in classified areas so one of my assistants who is a retired senior army intelligence officer spent 18 months working on an energy project with DARPA.
  46. The energy project became very clear to him involved many types of fusion energy, both cold fusion and hot fusion.
  47. Neutronic and aneutronic meaning bomb related or hydrogen boron that were to some extent, very probably reverse engineered non-terrestrial technologies.
  48.
  49. Question: ET intervention or from a crash?
  50.
  51. Duff: ....My entire lifetime experience working with UFOs comes to 2 hours, over 43 years.
  52. In 1982, I was put on the readers group for Majestic 12.
  53. I received an original copy, slightly redacted, and off a typewriter dated August 23, 1977, from the Office of Naval Intelligence, about 12 pages long.
  54. I had copy # 5 done on plain flimsy ... Remington typewriters
  55. I read it once and I was working for a government agency at the time, very high security clearance.
  56. It took me 18 months to get clearance for the reading group.
  57. I read the documents once and put them back in the envelope, twisted the string around, return to sender .... and found that I can never live knowing what was on those.
  58. And then years later, ...almost everything that was in those documents was later in the plot of the TV show, the X files.
  59. I've been told that Chris Carter was put on the reading group of Majestic 12.
  60.
  61. Question: What was in the documents that frightened you?
  62.
  63. Duff: The documents covered the period from 1947 to 1977 when they were produced.
  64. They indicated that over this period, we had 2 distinct treaties.
  65. There have been more since; I've been told.
  66. But one in 1947, initially with President Truman. one in 1953 with President Eisenhower.
  67. The 1953 treaty with President Eisenhower was an agreement; a coercive agreement against the US on behalf of a hostile alien power that wished to be able to kidnap a number of citizens from the US, which means of course, they had agreements with other nations as well.
  68. This is a critical thing we may have time to talk about later.
  69. The number was unusually high.
  70. These were not people that were going to be detained and probed and returned.
  71. These were people that were going to be detained and butchered.
  72. They were very clear about this.
  73. Why?
  74. The impression I had from reading the document was that we were dealing with people that - there may have been groups within the groups we dealt with that had genetic interest in bloodlines within the world, that had bred with humans and were following genetic developments.
  75. This group in particular, had a simple interest in eating people.
  76. To serve man.
  77. The problem we have is that so many of the movies we were running into, from the most recent 'Battleship' which very much correlates with this naval problem in the Pacific, to 'Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind' which was described in Majestic 12 as an incident that actually happened in 1965 almost word for word.
  78. So many of the things we have had presented to us by Hollywood have strong origins within these classified documents and it's as though these are being released as a preparation for disclosure ... movies like 'Independence Day' etc so that we are likely to take this.
  79.
  80. 20:10 mins.
  81. Question: The 1953 treaty was done because we did not have much of a choice, did we?
  82.
  83. Duff: We were considerably ill-armed.
  84. However in 1953, and I had gotten this from President Reagan's chief intelligence analyst, Leo Wanta, the US had tested its 1st anti-gravity space device which we have in storage at the UK Brize Norton airbase, called the TB2.
  85. It was a very primitive craft built by Lockheed, using a mercury and a lintel(?) filed(?) magnetic system.
  86. It floats around like a giant hockey puck about the size of a 747.
  87. I've actually seen it - I've had a 20 mins look at it about 2 years ago.
  88. A lot of green flaking paint; a lot of stained aluminium and it's a lot of very unairworthy aircraft, powered by 2 primitive jet engines off a B36.
  89. That was our 1st anti-gravity machine.
  90. Part of the story we 're looking at right now - the Pacific story - and these were the things that received intelligence agencies' real confirmations from, is that we're dealing with an entity, one that technically was (and there are as many as 12)... that the very nations of the world are dealing with.
  91. I wish I was making this up.
  92. This one is unusually unfriendly
  93. I was told to reference the film 'Independence Day'; that they live in underwater bases and notified us that they were going to bring motherships and settle in the Pacific basin.
  94. They had moved one off Catalina Island.
  95. The US navy was heavily involved in the Persian Gulf and called on other world navies - Singapore, China and others - to fill in.
  96. Their initial response was a couple of watches (?)
  97. We tested maybe 3 months ago or so, a Mach 13 vehicle out of Vandenberg.
  98.
  99. Noory: That didn't work, right?
  100.
  101. 22:55 mins
  102. Duff: We had working versions of that for some time. They were much faster than Mach 13 and they carry an energy cannon, based on a Tesla design.
  103. ..... What most people are unaware of, is that treaties that limited the use of weapons in space have all been abrogated.
  104. Within orbit, we have many nuclear weapons.
  105. The US has a fleet of small fusion powered 100 killer satellites that are designed, ostensibly at a time of war, to destroy enemy communication satellites, to take down the GPS system, to protect the USA.
  106. They all are aimed outward.
  107. We have high energy weapons that operate on technology a century beyond what we admit to having, that aim out towards space and within the upper atmosphere and in lower Earth orbit, we have sensors.
  108. These are nano sensors. This is as much classified information I can safely give up over the internet.
  109.
  110. 24:25 mins
  111. Noory; Why don't they want us to know about this?
  112.
  113. Duff: I can only give you my guess.
  114. One of the units you can look at on the internet, you can extrapolate from this, is the dense plasma hydrogen boron fusion reactor.
  115. That produces enough waste electricity out of something the size of a basketball to equal a nuclear plant, that costs about $75K to build.
  116. It is a Malthusian issue. If the planet had free unlimited energy, it would not only cause a ... economic collapse because hydrocarbons would become valueless, but it would allow all nations endless free electricity, endless purified water, endless industrialisation, endless desalinised seawater, that the world population will move from what it is now (and there is a dispute as to what it is; it is claimed that it is 7 while some people claim that it is only 3.6 - 3.8 billion people)
  117. But we would, within a generation, if we had free energy, reach a population level of 25 billion that would to some, be unsustainable.
  118. You then have to realise that if ... there is a secret conspiracy group of say blue ticket holders like in X files; ones that when the aliens come, they're going to join the aliens and watch the rest of us be turned into human shish kebabs, that those people tend to look on the rest of us as ..... useless eaters.
  119.
  120. 26:25 mins
  121. Noory: So these groups of ETs that are unfriendly, many of which are hiding down there at the bottom of the ocean, what do they plan to do?
  122. Are they going to emerge one day? What do they want?
  123. Duff: This group in particular, had decided that it was reasonable for them to seize the entire Pacific basin, saying in a rather Hitleresque fashion, "This is all we want."
  124. .... the unpleasant surprise is that we have the ability to shoot down their vehicles. We have high energy weapons that makes the things that we tell people we have, look like a childish joke and those nano sensors we were talking about don't just sense the presence of things but they look for distortions in space and time.
  125. .... You know the CERN collider, the God particle which enters on the beginnings of a clear understanding of a unified field theory
  126. This proved within the last couple of years, general relativity.
  127. So we know that it is possible to operate well outside of the speed of light; that time is in no way an absolute, and that inter-dimensional travel is something that is far more likely than someone physically moving over distances.
  128. The detections we have here are exactly out of Hollywood.
  129. Or more dangerously, from this season of fringe.
  130. .... same network, we have a season of fringe that very much approaches the kinds of threats that we're potentially facing.
  131. The question that I look at here, and I can see myself some 20/30 years ago, that you can .... live looking at these things and seeing them .... or you can look away and hope that the other shoe doesn't drop during your lifetime.
  132.
  133. Noory: Stick you head in the sand and just wish
  134.
  135. Duff; What we do have is ... a government that has spent trillions of $ developing weapon systems that are beyond our imagination.
  136. .... The newer technologies allowed us to essentially replace most energy sources that we talk about.
  137. Many people publicly speak about these things but most people who do so, are tasked with doing so in a harmless way, or in a way that can be easily discredited.
  138. There's a reason I'm talking right now .... but the issue here is that I'm speaking informally, not under any official capacity.
  139. I assure you I received a telephone call today, telling me things I couldn't talk about.
  140. .... I was told that I can say the first interstellar craft was built in 1972.
  141. I was told to say, and I'm not saying it's true, but by sufficient authority, highest authority, that I'm capable of saying, and go right out and say don't believe any of this, is just kidding....
  142.
  143. Noory: If you weren't the senior editor of a very prestigious Veterans Today internet site, one would say, "OK, we won't believe it."
  144. But it's who you are, Gordon.
  145.
  146. Duff: I have a tendency of being right.
  147.
  148. Noory: True. Now, when you said they told you what to say, what if you said, "No, I'm not going to", what would happen?
  149.
  150. Duff: ... In a business where you work with intelligence people, you work with lonely people.
  151. All any people in intelligence have is each other. At any given time, you can cross a line and a black dot can be put on you.
  152. .... I don't always agree with what the US government does, but I would cut off my foot before I would endanger the life of a single American soldier.
  153. I don't care what my feelings are about a war. I know what I can and can't say and I have the discipline to never do it.
  154. Then on the other hand, when people tell you things, are they telling you the truth?
  155. Why are we getting this when we have waited so many years for Disclosure?
  156. You know what I'm talking about, George?
  157.
  158. Noory: Sure. They could be using you.
  159.
  160. Duff: There's no question about it.
  161. Seven - we have 7 craft; they are fusion powered.
  162. Their circumference is 1.5 km.
  163. One was photographed on Youtube over Busan, Korea, earlier in the year.
  164. I have the CIA's full analysis released by the National Reconnaissance Office of Cosmic Classification..
  165. The deal made with me was simply this - we'll let you publish it; no-one will believe it.
  166. I have the full analysis in high resolution, done by the National Reconnaissance Office, of a real Earth-built UFO flying at 300 feet, with a surface temperature of 400 degrees and it accelerates below atmosphere to 16,000 mph with no change in temperature.
  167. Outside the atmosphere, .... they can approach light speed and that would mean hitting the pedal to the metal and in 5 seconds, the moon is tiny in the mirror.
  168.
  169. 33:50 mins
  170. Q&A
  171. Caller: I have cousins in the navy and right off the coast of LA, there is supposed to be a major underground UFO base.
  172. About 20 - 22 miles out. Have you heard anything?
  173.
  174. Duff: That's exactly what I'm talking about.
  175. Your cousins should not be telling you that because it's true
  176.
  177. Noory: Is this lying on the ocean floor?
  178.
  179. Duff: ..... It's not that far down and like another movie that we saw not that long ago.....
  180.
  181. Noory: The Abyss?
  182.
  183. Duff: Yes
  184.
  185. 34:40 mins
  186. Caller: Why are you not 6 feet under?
  187.
  188. Duff: I have 2 administrative assistants. One is a former chief of army intelligence. The other is a 2 star general from the FSB.
  189. I have on my payroll, between two to five thousand Tier one individuals from both Russia and the US, including enough Spetsnaz to fill a small stadium. I would probably leave me alone.
  190.
  191. Caller: You guys were mentioning 'Close Encounters of the Third Kind'
  192. It was based on a true event.
  193. I was chasing conspiracies the other night and I ran across a website that took the co-ordinates that they got from the movie and ..... got to Denver International airport.
  194.
  195. Duff: There is some irregular operations in underground facilities attached to that airport.
  196.
  197. Noory: Strange things happen at that airport.
  198. What happens with this joint operation between Chinese, US and some other countries?
  199.
  200. Duff: One of the things between reality and TV is that we are given a certain amount of information, I'd like to be able to say that there are heroes that gave their lives, that we won something, that we did something, that proved ourselves.
  201. ...... We've lost people in wars with UFOs.....
  202. We have heroes we don't know about and that we'll never know about.
  203. Families are told that their sons, daughters and husbands died in traffic accidents or strange aircraft accidents.
  204. .... We have a debt to people who defended us and we'll never know who they are.
  205.
  206. Noory: We know that hundreds of thousands of people worldwide vanished off the face of this planet.
  207. Nobody knows where they are. They're just gone.
  208.
  209. Duff: I know the number that was written on the document I saw and ..... I will simply tell you the number.
  210. Write it down. 236,000.
  211. I have no idea how 236,000 people in 1953 could disappear from the planet and people not notice.
  212. When I read the number and I knew I was reading a real document, because of where I was sitting, where the building was and how I knew I got the document and how long it took, I can say it is as sick as I have ever felt in my life.
  213.
  214. Ends at 39 mins
