  9. Gift Cards – Medium to Hard (Depending on what agent u get)
  10. Riot Points (LoL) – Hard (Don’t try to buy LoL points, Usually it’s hard)

  16. Difficulty - Explained
  17. Steam, Origin, Uplay, Rockstar Keys are usually the most common
  18. purchases on G2A, and these are the most easy refunds you could
  19. do. Very rarely you will fail.
  20. Battle.net and Xbox codes, you will be able to refund them with
  21. ease however sometimes the agents ask for screenshots etc so you
  22. have to be prepared for the screenshots.
  23. Gift Cards and Riot Points, these can be done, however half of the
  24. time they are hard to do, so basically it depends on what agent u
  25. get, and what’s the price of the item. 50$ Steam gift card can be
  26. done, however 100$ steam gift card can be refunded too but it is
  27. usually hard, you have to expect to change agents and reconnect
  28. to another agent, etc.
  29. Steam Gifts are the hardest to refund, try to avoid buying steam
  30. gifts, and go for the steam keys instead, because you can only issue
  31. a refund for steam gifts by making a ticket, and if you make a ticket,
  32. G2A will contact the seller, and then seller will show them proof
  33. that he sent you the gift, and you redeemed it, so avoid gifts.

  35. Tips for success
  36. 1 - Always buy with G2A Shield.
  37. 2 - Do 1 refund per account. Do not buy multiple items in one order.
  38. 3 - If the purchase is older than a month, success rate depends on agent, many will not
  39. issue a refund and ask you to go to Resolution Center.
  40. 4 - Do not ever rate a transaction.
  41. 5 - Do not make a ticket in Resolution Center before going through live chat.
  42. 6 - If you are going to do refunds for others, make sure you use VPN of the same
  43. country as the account was last logged in.
  44. 7 - If item is region locked, use same VPN as the region the item belongs to.
  45. 8 - Pre-orders can and cannot be refunded before the release, some pre-orders send u
  46. a code before the game has released (They are refundable), some only send a code
  47. after the game has been released (They are only refundable after release but hard to
  48. refund)
  49. 9 - If you want to pay with paypal, when checking out, do not click on yellow button
  50. “Check Out with Paypal” instead click on green button “Buy Now”, then pay with
  51. G2Apay and choose Paypal in G2Apay screen.
  52. 10 - Always use the product code/key before trying to refund (Better safe than sorry)
  53. 11 - CSGO items are not refundable.
  54. 12 - Your steam, origin, uplay, xbox or any account won’t get banned, no matter what,
  55. because you are dealing with G2A and not your account providers.
  56. 13 - If the payment is rejected, try to wait 24 hours, or just go and contact them
  57. through live chat or email.

  59. Basic Things
  60. You will be asked a lot to send screenshots etc, but before sending
  61. a screenshot we need to make sure we are sending something that
  62. will help us out.
  63. Hiding GameS in Library
  64. If you are asked to send a screenshot of your library, and you have
  65. already activated the code and the game is in your library so now
  66. we need to hide the game.
  67. 1 – Go to Steam Library, right click on the game, choose “Set
  68. Categories”.
  69. 2 – Name the category and check “Hide Games in this category”
  70. *You may not be able to hide games in every DRM like Origin etc,
  71. therefore make use of Photoshop, and Inspect Element in browsers.
  72. How To Take Screenshot
  73. You can either download a screenshot software like Gyazo, or just
  74. follow the steps below.
  75. 1 – Go to a window you need to take a screenshot of.
  76. 2 – Press “PrtScn” on your keyboard
  77. 3 – Open Microsft Paint and Press Ctrl+V
  78. 4 – Now you can edit, and or save the picture.
  79. Starting the Refund
  80. 1 Buy whatever you want, make sure to follow the guide above
  81. to see the difficulty level of what you are buying.
  82. 2 Make sure G2A Shield is on, and included in the purchase.
  83. 3 Redeem the game code or whatever you bought.
  84. 4 Log in to your second account of whatever you bought the
  85. item for (e.g if you bought csgo, redeem it, log out and log in to
  86. new account that doesn’t have csgo)
  87. 5 Go to G2A, click on “My Account” at top right, then click on
  88. “Buying”
  89. 6 Look at the order(s) and find the one that you want to refund.
  90. 7 Once you have found your order, click on “View Order” then
  91. click on the Red Flag
  92. 8 Find a unique solution on “LiveChat 24/7” then choose “G2A
  93. Shield LiveChat”
  94. 9 Enter Order Number, name, email, and choose “Problem with
  95. Key” from dropdown menu, and Connect.
  96. 10 Now be patient and wait until you are connected.
  97. Refund Methods
  98. Once connected to an agent, try to be extremely friendly and very
  99. patient.
  100. Don’t start the chat with “Hi, I bought this game, I want refund”, start
  101. with asking about how they are doing, this way you two will be in
  102. communication which is a good thing.
  103. Once you get the flow of communicating tell them they are very
  104. nice or anything to compliment them, I go with something like “Oh
  105. god I hope every customer rep was like you”.
  106. Give them rating of 5 stars, this makes a huge difference, they are
  107. commissioned to get bigger paycheque if they get more stars, so if
  108. you help them get a nice paycheque they will help you get a
  109. refund.
  110. DO NOT EVER SAY THE KEY IS INVALID, just tell them the key or code was
  111. already used by someone else.
  112. If they ask you for screenshots etc tell them to wait, they will say “Take your
  113. time” reply with something nice like “Aww thank you”
  114. If they say give me a moment, ask them something not related to the
  115. problem like “Hey did you know Leonardo finally won the Oscar” etc. This
  116. way they know you care about them, and they will try to take care about
  117. you.
  118. Always be creative and unique, experiment with new methods every now
  119. and then. Like if you connect say “I talked to a rep before he said something
  120. about two options but my internet got cut off, so if u could help me it would
  121. be great” etc
  122. Refunding old items
  123. If you want to refund old items, it can be very hard depending on
  124. the excuse you present and the agent u get, therefore I will teach
  125. you a method of refunding old items, once again this depends on
  126. the agent u get, so if you fail the first time, don’t give up, try again.
  127. If the agents know that your purchase is very old they will most
  128. likely stop helping you and tell you to go to Resolution Center, to
  129. avoid that give them an excuse that will avoid them from suggesting
  130. you to Resolution Center. The excuse that I use is that I tell them
  131. before I tell them about my issue is that “some time ago I bought this
  132. game and it was not working, and I was new to G2A, so I thought
  133. G2A had scammed me because I was warned by my friends to
  134. stay away from G2A, but recently I found out that G2A has their
  135. own LiveChat team to help people who has G2Ashield with issues
  136. like this, so I came here and I need some help.” This will very likely
  137. stop them from telling you to go to RC, if they still do ask them one
  138. final time that you have G2A shield and you would like to resolve
  139. this issue with the agent instead of going to RC, if they still don’t
  140. listen, just disconnect and connect again to another agent, and give
  141. them the same story, and try to be friendly with them, and don’t
  142. forget to rate the agent 5 stars, that way they will help you even
  143. more.
  144. REFUNDING DIFFICULT
  145. ITEMS
  146. Some items can be very hard to refund therefore you have
  147. to be ready for situations like this. I have developed a
  148. method, that will make the agent a little bit pressed and most
  149. likely he will help you out.
  150. Once you have connected, and the item you are doing to
  151. refund is hard to refund, start your story with “Hi, how are
  152. you doing? xD” and slowly take it from there to this “Hi I
  153. bought a $100 steam gift card for my brother’s birthday
  154. which is tomorrow, I grabbed his laptop went to his steam,
  155. and tried to redeem the code but I was receiving an error
  156. saying this is a used code and I should contact the seller, this
  157. is very frustrating I wanted to surprise him on his birthday,
  158. and then this happened, what are the odds of it L so can
  159. you please help me out here, his birthday is tomorrow and I
  160. cant give him anything since these 100$ were all the money
  161. I had” this works almost all the time for me, this way he will
  162. think twice before suggesting you the Resolution Center,
  163. because you are in a hurry, and you want to solve this
  164. quickly before your brothers birthday. Now they are
  165. oppressed by you instead of you being oppressed by them.

  167. If successful they will send you a link in the chat to confirm
  168. the refund, once you confirm it, you will be able to
  169. use/transfer the money out of G2A after 14 days. If you
  170. want to do another refund, simply make new G2A account
  171. (with new email) and repeat.
  172. IF ALL ELSE FAIL – YOU CAN DO PAYPAL CHARGEBACK, BUT DO IT
  173. ONCE PER G2A AND PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
