* Fixed error w/ coding.. added extra "" which can cause problems w/ blocking Internet.
* Added support for USB: 32/64-bit quick change.
* Added "EnableHosts" switch: this is useful for people who block w/ firewall.. thus the `hosts` file is not required for blocking and can be disabled.
* Added support for:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Schedule\TaskCache\*....
keys which are installed if TuAgent is activated...
* Other performance improvements...
