CC and mouse moves

1. Assume we ban all mouse going forward. Now we have inconsistent rules which is confusing.
1a. Assume we ban all mouse on future sets. Still inconsistent, and doesn't solve the inequality issue.
2. Assume we leave mouse allowed, and ban the teleport/sliplist skip/whatever we're going to call it. That's still inconsistent, doubly so as now we're allowing the mouse in this context, but not this other context.
2a. Depending on how this is done, we may have scores using banned techniques. That never sits well.
2b. Retroactively banning 454 Skelzie and 320 Graduation is a better solution for that, but it sets a precedent that if a new trick is discovered that the community dislikes, the score doesn't count any more. It also runs into an issue with what to revert peoples scores to and neatly invalidates effort on scoring difficult scores- Skelzie especially.
3. Leave everything allowed. That's consistent, but not entirely the most fair at the moment.
3a. Since banning is already a bad idea, a freeze until equality sounds more fair- but this only holds if MSCC and TW get equalized, which I definitely would want to do more of in this case. This wouldn't be a freeze on levels with established records using the glitch- just on any new ones until it's equally accessible.
4. Split the scores. Ummm... this sounds good on paper but then you have entirely valid scores that don't count because the community said so. I don't like this.
5. Completely purge the mouse from the game. This is impractical- what would pieguy's score on Color Wheel become? What about mine on MMP, which does use the mouse? What about people who used the mouse for a guaranteed half wait!?!?!?
5a. Purge the mouse from future sets. Inconsistency for kind of silly reasons again.
