After the match, HHH and Joanna walked to the ring, arm in arm. "Since Chris Jericho... gave up his place in the Power Trip, it seems his wish has been passed on to my lovely Joanna here. She's blown out all the candles, made her wish for a Pan-American title match, and we've got it all written up in this shiny contract for In Your House 20." Hunter pulled out a contract and waved it for the audience to see, before handing it to Shamrock. "So... you accept? Or are you a coward? You too chicken to face a woman?"
Shamrock glances at the contract before pulling it out of Hunter's hand, marking the dotted line with a large X, and throwing it back at his feet.
"Chicken? Chicken? I'm a fighting champ! I face anyone who's willing to give me a fair fight, regardless of gender!"
Hunter smirked.
"So we're agreed."
After that statement, he leaned in close, staring Shamrock in the eyes.
"And just to be clear, if you do anything to her pretty face, I will not hesitate to beat your ass to fucking dust in or out of this ring."
Shamrock smirked, not breaking eye contact. "That sounds like a challenge to me. What do you say we get right to it? You and me, one on one? Next week?"
Hunter tried to smirk back, but he was definitely shaking as he stepped a pace or two back. "No... no. I don't wanna ruin Joanna's moment. But after that? Sure. Sure I'll fight you. After Joanna wins your title. Come on, honey, we've got Power Trip business to take care of."
HHH and Joanna walked out, with Shamrock staring a hole in HHH all the while.
