  1. [13/01/11 21:35:56]? Silky_Shackles makes her way up to the roof, taking her slaves along.
  2. [13/01/11 21:36:43]<Waak|Overcolt> As you enter the roof, you see how Crimson's crew is putting up the makeshift tents in the dark, cold evening of the wastes, one of their two snipers on the lookout, with Crimson close-by.
  3. [13/01/11 21:38:05]? Silky_Shackles trots to Crimson. "Any movement?"
  4. [13/01/11 21:40:23]<Waak|Overcolt> The sniper responds to the question. "The QTC's gate guards entered the building but no replacement arrived. Something's possibly up there - otherwise? Quite calm..."
  5. [13/01/11 21:47:19]<Waak|Overcolt> Crimson nods and turns to Silky. "How is your day been so far? Considering all that you've had to go through..."
  6. [13/01/11 21:49:49]? Silky_Shackles hmpfs. "It could be quite a bit of trouble if they actually attempt anything. I hope my companions manage to get us safe." She tips her hat to the sniper and turns to Crimson herself. "...eventful. Very much so, but nothing I can't take. Those two are fresh out of a raider gang. They will need a close eye at least for the first few days."

  9. [13/01/11 21:57:06]? Silky_Shackles frowns. "Not yet, but it really is strange. They personally attacked us, with violent glee even." She glances back at them. "It isn't what you see in desperate ponies."
  10. [13/01/11 22:01:04]? Comet_Blaze heads up to the roof with an irritated look on her face as she moves to the edge of the roof and peers down at the church where the QTC ponies were headquartered. Watching them with annoyance.
  11. [13/01/11 22:02:43]<Waak|Overcolt> "Hm, true... desperation does not equal to lust of blood," the red mare says as she watches Comet walk to the edge.
  12. [13/01/11 22:03:48]<Silky_Shackles> "Comet." She says dryly. "How is Screw doing down there?"
  13. [13/01/11 22:05:47]? Comet_Blaze snorts quietly and shakes her head. "Darn if I know. I tried to help as best I could, but it's not exactly something I do on a daily basis. Worse she seems intent to do it as quickly as possible. Doesn't seem to care about causing more problems in the process." She stomps a forehoof against the ledge at the edge of the roof and stares down at the church in annoyance.
  14. [13/01/11 22:09:04]<Silky_Shackles> "Just what I feared." She sighs. "Crimson, mind keeping an eye on these two while I check on my companions?" She asks with an apologetic look.
  15. [13/01/11 22:11:37]<Waak|Overcolt> Crimson shakes her head. "I don't mind, I'll take that as a guard duty," she lets out.
  16. [13/01/11 22:13:30]? Comet_Blaze stares at the church a few more moments, before a cold wind makes her shiver and pull up her hood with a forehoof, spending a brief moment touching the goggles around her neck and moving away from the wall. "I'm sorry Crimson. It doesn't look good for Screw getting the robots working to support you here. This might all be for nothing, unless you can work something out with the QTC."

  18. [13/01/11 22:16:32]<Waak|Overcolt> She nods slowly a few times. "I do see your point. QTC is not exactly a small-time settlement in a big wasteland, far from it. They're traders to the bone, though, so caps matter...."

  20. [13/01/11 22:17:53]? Silky_Shackles nods to Crimson. "Thanks." She trots to the stairs. "...solving problems without bullets is better for everypony, after all." She says with an embittered smirk, before trotting downstairs.
  21. [13/01/11 22:20:38]? Comet_Blaze frowns as she watches Silky depart, sighing quietly. After a few moments she returned to the edge of the roof. "I don't like them. They trade slaves. They don't seem to care who they hurt to get what they want." She stomps a forehoof against the ledge again. "Their leader wanted us to clear this place just for an easy source of caps!"
  22. [13/01/11 22:24:30]<Waak|Overcolt> "Ah, so you have met one of their higher ups," Crimson mutters as she turns to look at the pre-war church with the QTC banners. "Not everyone in the QTC are cap-grabbing opportunists, but that's the trend there. It doesn't help they have a weapons factory at their disposal."
  23. [13/01/11 22:28:37]? Comet_Blaze frowns and shakes her head, staring down at the setup in annoyance. "Their leader here doesn't seem to have much respect with the even-higher-ups. I think they wanted this place for the machines. Prove this place is worth something. Plus the cap press which would be a great way to line their own pocket." She snorts in annoyance, shoving away from the edge and moving back towards the

  26. [13/01/11 22:34:15]? Comet_Blaze ponders that. "Two stationed near the door. Maybe four more inside? I only went in to talk with their leader because he insisted that we all be there." She snorts. "Mostly just wanted to push the idea of clearing this place for his gain on us."
  27. [13/01/11 22:37:59]<Waak|Overcolt> Crimson takes a hard look at the church. "I see..." she mutters, still eyeing the church. "Small numbers, but superior arsenal..."
  28. [13/01/11 22:38:43]? Comet_Blaze shook her head with a snort. "If I thought there was much chance of driving them off I might suggest it. But it's probably not worth the risk."
  29. [13/01/11 22:40:42]<Waak|Overcolt> "If they could be convinced to go away... your friend seems to possess quite a silver tongue," Crimson turns to face Comet with a slight smile.
  30. [13/01/11 22:42:46]? Comet_Blaze frowns and sighs a little. "Silky? I doubt she'd agree to convince them to leave. She seems to like them." She shook her head. "I could ask about the idea, though."
  31. [13/01/11 22:45:44]<Waak|Overcolt> "You never know before you try..." Crimson lets out and finds a comfortable place to rest her haunches, away from the edge.
  32. [13/01/11 22:46:17]? Comet_Blaze sighs. "I'll go see if I can find her." She hung her head a little and slinks off back downstairs.
