If you want translate Filipino.locale, then in this time you no need notification about latest strings only. New 7 strings you can see if compare with WinMerge previous 11.2 and actual 12.0 Beta 1 versions English.locale files from installations - X:\PortableApps\PortableApps.com\App\locale\, screenshot:

From available Filipino.locale (87 strings) with update from actual English.locale strings i created for you Filipino.locale template, with all 373 strings (translated and untranslated).

1. String 4. - changed version from 1.6 to 2.0

In available Filipino.locale i see several untranslated strings or untranslated parts of a strings.

I see button old, mistaken name 'Manage Apps'. In to many languages this string dont have space (because of dont have short application software name 'app') for two words on Platform Menu button. English string changed to short 'Apps': 76. ICON_MANAGE_APPS=&Apps

Edited with Notepad++ Filipino.locale experimental test screenshot. I want see have space or not potential term 'Mga Aplikasyon' (if correct...):

Several translations from term 'Portable Apps' have wrong removed 'Portable' and now have translations like 'Apps' (application, application software). Please research for Filipino "official" term for 'Portable Apps' (portable application, portable application software) and use it. Then users can distinguish whether there is talk about on computer locally installed or portable software.

And more - please keep in translation previous translator credit name too in string 5..
