#2) Install PSNPatch 4.66.33 (Link here: http://adf.ly/141UxK) //External Link
#3) Swap files (Just drag the swap files into the dev_HDD0/game/BLJS10018/USRDIR/ in filezilla): http://adf.ly/141VzK //Uploaded by Me
#4) Go into PSNPatch 4.66.33, press Select, Press Triangle, Press Start, and then exit.
(You will be selecting Cobra Toolbox, adding 4.70 spoof, then save/exit)
#4) System/System Settings/Restore Defaults [restart]
#5) create account/login
#6) You're Online!
