  319. If i hand you things without being told to i can be taken to court by them. If you take them to court and get access i will abide by the court ruling. But i cant put my self in a legal situation. If you come after me legally that is fine. What my lawyer told me is i have to keep with my contract with The Foundation that keeps me legally bound to them. I cant afford either action so i ask you to go to them and have them do that. So no one has to deal with it in a legal since.

  379. BUT if they choose to fine us, or make customers whole, etc they want to know we have the assets to do it
  380. for example, maybe they decide to use our primes to give everyone an extra coin
  381. (just making that up)
  382. so what was comforting them, was the fact they knew we had the coins, in case they were needed
  383. that was why we did not sue matt. it would have made it public we did not
  384. think about that, just them knowing was enough reason to NOT get them back
  385. we hoped that over time, we would get things resolved
