  1. It has come to my attention that Rorquals can use Capital Warp Disruption Projector while in P.A.N.I.C Invuln mode to a hostile capital target ! This is wrong as for the attacking pilot there is NO counter to this mechanic in the crucial first few minutes of being tackled in a carrier, dreadnought or a supercapital. Supercapital's have with max skills 25 points warp core strength, and Rorqual has >40. More than enough to tackle and hold a supercarrier without danger in the first few minutes of a fight.

  3. Here is the scenario. A superPilot is hitting a Poco in XXX system in Nullsec. The only threat to this pilot is dictor's, Hictor's and a large fleet to have enough warp core points >25 to hold him down. A hostile interceptor pilot comes in system, goes to the Poco, launches a cyno and a Rorqual appears, enables it's Warp Disruption Projector modules to ensure there are >25 points on the super, and goes into Invulnerability mode. Both players are stuck for 7-7.5 minutes depending on the skill of the rorqual pilot. The super pilot can NOT project damage to the Rorqual at all during these 7-7.5 minutes.

  5. Being tackled is part of the game, its OK. But NOT having a counter is WRONG. Let me explain WHY.!

  7. The rorqual Pilot has friends with super's! aha! but they are 11 Light Years away. So these supersCarriers will have to do a mid-jump, wait for the cooldown, and jump again and gain fatigue!. Let's say they jump 6 LY the first jump, then they have a cooldown of about 6 minutes, after that they can jump again straight to cyno sitting with the Rorqual and the tackled SuperCarrier. At that point there is 1-1.5 minutes LEFT of the Invulnerability mode, and the SuperPilot has NOT been able to counter the tackle, while hostile SuperCarriers are dropping in even with a mid-point cyno.

  9. Power Projection. Suddenly Rorqual can be used to extend the time and range power projection works, Hostile fleet can sit 11.9 LY away and still reach the tackled target with 1-1.5 minutes margin without a counter to the tackle whatsoever.

  11. Eve is all about having a counter to things. SuperPilot that got tackled can have friends, lets say these friends come in Dreadnoughts, 50 of them, they can still NOT kill the tackle Rorqual thats sitting in Invulnerability mode for the amount of 7-7.5 minutes.

  13. P.A.N.I.C invulnerability mode is a bad thing nothing that can tackle, apply DPS or do electronic war modules on other players should have the ability to go into invulnerability mode for even 7-7.5 minutes. Especially with a tackle where there is NO counter except for the time itself.

  15. CCP Please CHANGE the Rorqual so it can NOT apply warfare to other ships while in Invulnerability mode. Or Remove the Panic button and do normal rorqual ship bonus, but make it damn slow to warp and align instead. 3 times slower than a titan because its filled with Ore!
