Given the current predicaments I'm in, what with not only my equipment being a shitty laptop that not only gives me glitches causing my character to move in a given direction until i press that direction again but also sometimes outright not registering my input. Or at least giving me the feeling that this is the case. I am working on purchasing better gear for my playing but as of now, I'm stuck being unable to play full runs given that the nature of the runs I aim to do barely even has room for mistakes on my part and certainly not for mistakes on part of my equipment. I can forever make excuses about what caused those deaths but it doesn't change that they happened. I still don't know for sure if me losing Mountain of Faith LNN was due to my own personal blunders or if it was simply my keyboard being too shit to interpret my tap due to it being too light. I don't know for certain nor do i wish to make excuses. It happened and that's the end of that. So basically, I am not motivated for full runs until i have access to equipment where it'll only be my fault and my fault alone if something bad happens. I don't care if 3-4 misses out of a 5 miss run were excusable by 'bad keyboard'. I simply don't want them there, they are ugly and they look scrubbish. So until i have my equipment in order, which should hopefully not take more than three months, I will have to resort to scrublord playing to keep my skills sharp and to further ready myself for the full runs that will hopefully be in the future.

For those of you who might be interested in what sort of equipment would take 3 months to gather, here goes the situation: I am in need of a keyboard and i can't just buy any keyboard and plug it in because my laptop has no PS/2 port and according to what i've been told by other people, the problem will persist even if i get a good keyboard if i don't plug it in by use of a PS/2 connection. So basically, I'm going to have to buy a new computer. It's possible for me to gather the funds for this in about 2-3 months if i'm lucky and i don't have too many unforeseen expenses. I had been considering getting a PC anyway.

So until then, here's to some lazy as fuck single stage runs and such for a while :>
