- Since your last interview just nine months ago, your follower base has increased tenfold. How do you feel about this?
- Its fun to be a growing streamer and have a community to interact with and provide awesome services for. I of course feel very fortunate to have such a large community that is interested in the things we provide them and really I couldn't ask for a better situation. I've also switched to full time streaming because of this follower base increase and I'm really excited because now I can focus all of my efforts on increasing the quality of content for people and devoting all of my time to fun things with the potential to influence a lot of people!
- How do you feel your cow theme is holding up?
- Well I think the cow theme is actual vital to my image now because at events people can easily recognize me. I personally like it and I've actually been using it since 7th grade. It brings memorability and a way to identify me without knowing me. That cow guy, you know? I could take off my cow hat and walk around an event without getting noticed, but if I put it on people suddenly know who I am. I am almost like Clark Kent.
- Why have you expanded to more than just Jungle Yi games and what do you feel has the expansion accomplished?
- There was no real reasoning behind playing something else besides Yi. I play 10 hours a day and every once in a while I want to play a new champion so I'll randomly lock it in. There are some other fun champions out there too. It actually didn't accomplish anything, I lost ranks. lol, but at least I didn't lose my sanity.
- Even with your large viewer count, you maintain a high level of interaction with your viewers. Why do you feel this is important and how does it affect your stream?
- Well viewer interaction is important for some streamers more than others. I personally like to hear about the feelings of my viewers and feel like we're together and doing stuff together. I love seeing regulars. Its a lot of fun. I love when people talk and I say hey I recognize him, I recognize her, etc. Most of my chat is full of regulars and those people that show around a lot and show me their support, I really do try to notice and appreciate it.
- How do you feel about the current state of your community?
- My community is great and I couldn't really ask for better people to have in my life. I always make an attempt to read all Facebook, Twitter, and Twitch messages as well as having all my subscribers (that want to opt in) on my Skype. I also met a ton of great people in person at Pax (I'll be going to Prime too) and really tried to show them how much I appreciated their ethusiasm.
- What are your thoughts on the League state on Twitch in general?
- I think it has a ton of potential to grow and I'm really looking forward to being a part of it.
- Explain your chat points system – what does it do and why do you employ it?
- The point system is a little hard to explain because of its depth. If you're really interested in learning about it I recommend going to the website "www.cowsep.com" and checking out the "Hub" area and seeing what its about. I employ it because people enjoy it and I enjoy creating it. It gives me something to "build" with my free time.
- Any opinion on the pro scene?
- I don't watch the pro scene because I don't have the time to watch it anymore.
- Has the Season 5 Jungle improved or diminished the game for you?
- I hate the Season 5 jungle. The items are all around a lot better but the old stay and farm strategy is gone. I really feel my game experience has went down a lot because now that I interact with people a lot more I see a lot more negativity in the game that I didn't have to experience in the past. Also when laners interact with my jungle camps it puts me really far behind.
