You have a mix of good and bad, obviously. When a sign for something appears once, it isn't clear that it wasn't just a fluke. But when you see something several times in different ways, you can assume it is present in the personality. For instance, you are very direct and efficient, shown by your short beginning and end strokes, abbreviated t-bars, and i-dots attached to the following letter. So I am convinced that these are pretty dominant traits in your personality. Laziness, on the other hand, appeared only in your m's and n's, and only a bit, and was quite offset by many signs of perseverance, so I wouldn't expect it to be a primary trait, even if it is there.

One of the dominant characteristics I see is nervousness and tension, excitability, even some physical aggressiveness. This is largely offset by self-discipline and pride, which probably keep you moving mostly forward. You are also diplomatic and circumspect, so you manage to hide some of your tension, at least when it counts.

In short, I see evidence of a well-balanced personality, with a bit of a tendency to get in your own way and then worry about it a lot. You are smart, straightforward, can handle social situations fairly well, and enjoy other people, but you are careful who you trust.

In case you were wondering if graphology produces a general result that could apply to anyone, I will mention a few things I didn't see in your writing. You are not particularly interested in fashion or style, you are not pompous, and you are not conventional. (Not to imply you are especially unconventional, but you aren't inherently a conformist.) I didn't see a lot of interest in art. I didn't find any signs of cruelty, egocentrism, or untrustworthiness. There were no signs of carelessness, or confusion, or wanting to run things, or dramatic flair. Also no calmness :)
