Idea for PTCG

[21:55:16] Mega Eevee X: and depending on how rare it is, you get different odds of good ivs, chances of getting a good nature, Shinyness
[21:55:26] Mega Eevee X: like, a common could have 1 guarenteed iv and the same chance of encountering a wild shiny with shiny charm
[21:55:35] Mega Eevee X: but a Secret Rare would have 5 guarenteed ivs, usually a good nature, and a 1/300 chance to be shiny
[21:56:03] Mega Eevee X: and reverses would double the chance for commons, uncommons and rares that are not usually holo
[21:57:26] Mega Eevee X: it would make a new incentive to collect pokemon cards, plus it would give people who collect pokemon cards an edge at shiny hunting
[21:59:13] Mega Eevee X: it would get more people into PTCG, and it would allow you to get every legendary in the game easier, but you could only like, encounter each legendary once in there, and some legends are banned (like version mascots and Mega pokemon in general)
