  1. Associate - Friends of the organisation, an asset or simply something of mutual benefits.
  2.
  3. Probationer - The first rank achieved upon becoming a member of the organisation. Literally below everyone and everything. A bottom feeder with opportunity to prove their abilities for all the ill-doings to come.
  4.
  5. Trusted - Upon proving oneself to the organisation for both your loyalty, hard work and ability to bring income, you will find yourself advancing on the ladder. This gives you some authority over the newcomers and a sense of false pride. Although you have obtained a higher status and are more trusted, you are nowhere near the top.
  6.
  7. Manager(s) - responsible for managing the front(s), deciding what tasks the staff members should be assigned to. They must ensure that the tavern is to run as smoothly as possible and attract as less attention whilst other businesses are being tended to.
  8.
  9. Enforcer - responsible for watching over the below ranks at work, ensuring everybody behaves as they should including the patrons around the establishment. They help in organising various rackets around the City and hand out punishments to people that disobey authority.
  10.
  11. Henchman - The boss man's personal henchmen are made up of the most trusted and loyal of all. They recruit new and suitable members for the organisation and oversee the discipline of the workforce with help of the enforcers.
  12.
  13. Adviser(s) - responsible for management and who serves as an adviser to the leader and swears to resolve all disputes within the clique. They play a vital role as their words heavily influence the orders from the director.
  14.
  15. Director - Oversees the entirety of the organisation, his word is absolute law and defiance will be met with severe punishments. The director will always be the one to call the shots when important decisions are made, and decides how the organisation is to be run by ranks directly underneath.
