  1. A friendly disclaimer: as always, if I fail to mention something, I see no issues with it. Additionally, I'll largely be ignoring numbers, since it's the core concept here that I find myself more intrigued with.
  2.
  3. Okay, so for the passive; you're kinda incentivizing ability spam in order to get the shield, which I'm not too much of a fan of. Not to mention, dropping to zero Energy is... actually kinda difficult, due to the rate at which it generates. You're more likely to just hit 20 Energy-- unless you mean "out of Energy" in that you don't have enough to cast spells anymore.
  4.
  5. Your Q mechanic is super interesting; my gripe here is the whole thought of "why not just have it work like Twisted Fate's W?" You could always just reactivate it instead of using the alt button. On top of that, alt + button is the self-cast key binding by default. That's mainly semantic, but if they were to add your Champion into the game, that kinda stuff's pretty important.
  6. That aside, the bigger point here is that keeping track of three different cooldowns that are all on the same button can get... interesting. The way LeBlanc's old ultimate did it was that it had a small cooldown bubble at the top right of the icon, but in this case, you have three cooldowns instead of two.
  7.
  8. The idea of this tattoo'd beast leaping off of your body and attacking somebody will never get old, but I personally don't know why you have a cripple on your W. It seems a tad out-of-place, and I'm not sure what the additional effect for having it deplete your energy does.
  9.
  10. Your E is also a solid ability, and makes sense, since the ability to reposition on your red Q's return lets you catch out more people (much like Ahri R and Q interaction), and you can get in range with your W. What makes a tad less sense to me, though, is the interaction with terrain; much like the W cripple and its depletion effect, I'm just not sure what it's doing here.
  11.
  12. On the topic of your R: *HOLY SHIT THAT'S COOL. BLESS.* I have images of a dragon being commanded, or some kind of serpentine entity. My only issue here is that this requires you to stand still for... well, a long time, and in terms of numbers, that's a lot of damage every second, which, depending on the width, can be super difficult to dodge.
  13. The necessity for RQ to be cast when two or more tattoos are available is kinda weird to me. Otherwise, that's pretty solid.
  14. I'm, again, not sure why there's an attack speed slow on your W.
  15. E sounds fun, but it can also potentially be super oppressive. If I were you, I'd just have the beast dash forwards while spinning around and whack people aside.
  16.
  17. The R is probably my favorite part of this concept and, although it has a couple questionable effects, this entire Champion seems super fun to me. Overall, I really like this kit.
