Tingle picture no longer has a good spot in cycle 2, so the swamp segment that you used to do after GBT is moved to cycle 3. This also allows use of stone mask at bad bat HP.

Bank HP and title deed in final hours allows you to kill time for postman so you can give him the letter and get postman's hat in the same trip. MV final hours segment is done uninverted after couple's mask, so the moon is close to crashing. This route change actually adds another soar in due to goron mask early, but sirloin superslide negates the timeloss. Kamaro cutscene skip now becomes impossible with this route, so there's 2 different timesaves depending on Dampé RNG.

After the top fairy, where you used to do turnkey skip, you can do a boss key skip by clipping out of bounds as zora with a hang clip. This also saves 3 chus.

[JP-Only] Skip night 1 Song of Double Time and night transition (~15.5s) by doing the day 1 Clock Town segment before Woodfall and letting time naturally pass to night 1 in Woodfall Temple or Southern Swamp. Since it's not night in Clock Town anymore, you have to get the stray fairy and great fairy's mask when you do midnight meeting (~10s), similar to how english does it. The day 1 Clock Town route is also changed to prevent being early to room key/setting midnight meeting. Chest minigame is moved to night 2 so the HP doesn't heal you and make Woodfall deathwarp slower.

Since the new rules state that knowing the Bomber code before starting your run is not allowed, people had been getting the bomber's code in cycle 1, then using the code in ECT to get the notebook. This route plays the bomber's game in cycle 2, which loses time due to the fact that in cycle 1, you want in-game time to pass. The route saves all this time back and more however due to the fact that if you play bomber's game as human, they give you the notebook as soon as you beat it, which means you don't have to spend an extra 40s in ECT getting the notebook. Sword school is also now done in cycle 2 right before the WCT bomber, due to the fact that you need to be human to do both and they are relatively close to each other, saving an additional ~1.5s.

This is a lot faster than hopping over the water and climbing up the ladder, and this also saves two mask transitions due to not having to change to deku. Then after beamos fairy, you swim to the large water room and light arrow the compass block. Then hover/weirdshot for the sun switch and hit the switch/get the fairy. Then mirror room fairies, and goron roll out of the temple, getting compass and magic in the grass on the way out. In ISTT, you shoot the sun switch that you'd usually shoot in uninverted STT.

  114. Faster Woodfall Temple route revolving around hitting the switch in the main room to spawn the fairy chest in the first trip, then long jumping back. Then, when you enter the main room again in the second trip, you can just get the fairy then before going to gekko. This also saves equipping bombs in the second trip. Due to having to do more movement before Dinolfos in the first trip, it becomes faster to use goron to get to and beat Dinolfos, but due to having the correct equip for after Woodfall 1, it becomes faster to do snappers without PCS. The english route would enter and exit the room after jumpslashing up from the torch to set spawn, then goron void as the switch cutscene is playing to skip watching it.

Due to the huge new trick whereby you can effectively dupe almost anything in your item/mask screen, you can now dupe zora eggs and fish for fish HP, skipping most of PF, 2 PR eggs, collecting fish for fish HP, duping bottles for eggs, and 2 trips to Marine Lab. To accommodate this new glitch, the route has changed a lot, due to needing moon's tear before GB and figuring out bottle route.

  122. You can deposit trade items and regain them with equip-swap if you page turn before depositing them, then get a 1-try equip-swap. This means that we can use a duped Kafei's letter for toilet hand HP and a duped priority mail to give one to postman and one to Madame Aroma. This skips getting land title deed and storing SoT in cycle 3, then going to get another priority mail, plus more movement.

  125. You can equip-swap chus, then dupe over the chu slot to keep them with you through a Song of Time. This is useful for 100% since we don't need to go to Termina Field to get more bombs or do an extra soar to get some in Ikana. We dupe over chus in curiosity shop, and after that, we need to keep chus equipped until we enter the moon. Due to 100% requirements, we need to undupe chus before the run is over, and we can do that by getting the chu chest in Twinmold trial. Since we have more chus than usual, we can skip the first Song of Storms for the ladder by just hovering up instead.

[JP-only] Weird B in Honey and Darling 2 for a seahorse means that we can save a ton of time to getting swamp bottle in day 2 and getting pictograph box later, since we don't need to take a picture of the pirate, it means we don't need pictograph box before Pirates' Fortress. We can also dupe red potion for Shiro, since we'll have moon's tear and a spare bottle slot when we get swamp bottle. Weird B removes Zora's fins, since they are replaced by a bottle, which means we have to do some finless strats, including Marco clip in Pinnacle Rock instead of ocarina items. The fact that this change saves so much time and is JP-only practically cements JP as the fastest and only viable version for 100%.

Since we no longer go to Pinnacle Rock after giant's wallet, we can go and do beaver races and like-like HP early, which loses ~8s to day 1 beavers and a bit to movement, but this means we can have a bottle early, which saves time getting a fish in the Inn. This also saves time since we can merge the night 2 and day 3 Clock Town trips by doing a SoDT in there, which was sort of bad before because it forced day 3 beavers, which loses ~16s to day 2. We are also forced to skip a bomb shop trip, so Great Bay Temple and Ikana/final hours must be done on the same bomb shop trip, which means it becomes best to put the Ikana scrub HP after Stone Tower Temple instead of after Sakon's hideout.

  136. The early game route used to be setup so that we could have goron mask after Woodfall 1 to get the swamp bottle afterwards. But because we no longer get that bottle early, the early game was changed back to doing Woodfall before goron so we can get lullaby/don gero after goron mask and skip a soar. This means that we have to invert to get room key, then SoDT to night 1. Because we have to SoDT to night 1, we can use this to our advantage and do WCT in the first Clock Town trip instead of with midnight meeting. This means we can finish bomber minigame and get Great Fairy's mask and be able to soar from deku playground 1. We can also do Postman HP in this trip, which saves time in the night 2/day 3 trip since we don't have to visit WCT in night 2.

The cutscene triggers remain present after a void, so fairy fountain alternate exit has to be done without the zora pillar jump and instead, just hovering from the raised part where you'd usually start pillar jump, then we use megaflips instead of sidehops due to low chu count. We also get Woodfall pot bombs an extra time before hookshotting the torch.

We need beaver 20r and guay 20r to help with rupee route. Sword School is also moved to cycle 3 before Rosa HP at a cost of ~1s to help rupee routing. STT rupees need to be obtained to help make up for the 99r deficit from the start of the run, at a small timeloss. Better explosive route can also be worked out.

Not getting razor sword early allows us to skip a SoDT and transition to day 2 and have day 2 occur naturally inside STT; this means we don't have a sword for a long time, including STT, swamp spiderhouse and Woodfall 2. We finally get razor sword after MV owl and immediately deposit it, saving another ~5s to loads inside Smithy's. Save a lot of time to skipping SoDT, transition and loads, then lose some back to swordless strats and equips.
