  28. Info from Yarco:
  29. I use cards like DualBall, Pokéball, and Professor Elm's Training Method, to access basic Pokémon in my deck. Meanwhile I use Interviewer's Questions, Engineer's Adjustments to access energy cards when I run out, and cards like POTN to reshuffle my deck when I just feel like I've got nothing good left in my hands. The goal of the deck is to rush out Wigglytuff or Typhlosion as fast as possible. Play around with it, and see if you can improve on it yourself! See if you can make a similar Water, Grass, or Electric deck!

  53. Info: Now, how the deck works. This deck utilizes one of the best energy accelerators in the game today, Electrik, to power up your attacking pokemon. Bouffalant is a great attacker, especially if you run up on Exs, which is why I included it in the skeleton. You may also notice that there are only 52 cards in this list. Well, that's why I call it a skeleton. The other cards are completely up to you! Pulled another Poke' that you can power up with Electrik? Add it in.
  54. Some of my suggestions for other Pokemon:
  55. Haxurus, from Power Relay.
  56. While a slow stage 2, this is actually a fairly good card. It uses only colorless energy so you can power it up with electrik, has 140 HP(160 with a giant cape and if you have a lucky pull of Aspertia City Gym+cape=180HP) and it has an attack that deals out a solid 120 damage. Downside is that your Haxie can't attack the next turn, but with a two retreat cost this isn't to bad as if you have two Eels out you can retreat active Haxie to another Haxie or a Bouf then Dynamotor twice to the retreated Haxie, re-powering it up. If you manage to pull a Rare Candy from a free pack, you'll be really cookin' with fire as it'll make Haxurus easier and faster to set up.
  57. Raticate, from Basic Red
  58. A stage 1 this time, this card can also be powered up by Electrik and also packs a devastating punch. Super Fang is an attack that will do damage until there is 10HP left on the other pokemon. With one swoop you can knock down even the 180 HP EXs to a painful 10HP. Throw a Rocky Helmet on this thing and your opponent will think twice before attacking it as they will lose their wounded attacker.
  59.
  60. That's all for now folks!
