Sora jumped out of the closet wearing his outfit made by Sandy Claws. Sandy Claws had given it to him for saving Christmastown from the evil Heartless. It was a big red jacket with white fur trim and giant black belt and boots. Leon pinched at the corners of his eyes.

“Sora, is the outfit really necessary?” Squall Leonhart asked. A/N: But he likes to be called Leon.

“Yeah! You gotta get in the Christmas spirit, Leon!” said Sora.

Suddenly Sonic and Amy Rose came into the room. Sonic was holding Amy's hand, and Amy was wearing a Santa outfit that looked a lot like Sora's.

“Hey, it's not a party without us. C'mon, step it up!” Sonic said spinning his feet like he always does.

Amy smacked Sonic upside the head for his comment. “Enough of the catchphrases, numbskull,” she said.

“Aw, c'mon, I thought it worked,” Sora said with a huge grin on his face. “This ship runs on happy faces, see?” and he smiled even wider than he already was, if that was even possible.

Aerith Gainsborough walked into the room and pulled a stack of presents out from behind her. “Merry Christmas everyone!” she cheered. Everyone cheered and was very excited for the presents they were about to receive. “Oh boy oh boy!” Sora shouted while tearing open his present.

Then the door.

Xemnas walked in and started throwing presents at people. But he wasn't trying to hurt them because he was good now and not evil. No, he was actually giving them presents. Everyone was very happy to have him there and enjoyed the gifts he got for them: Sora got a new chain for his Keyblade, Leon some bullets for his Gunblade, Aerith some flower seeds for her garden, Sonic and Amy a pair of matching bracelet charms.

It was definitely a good Christmas.

“Well?” Hanako asks, hands curled up against her chest. “What did you think? I-is it good?”

I haven't the heart to give her an honest review. She's never been one to take criticism well. “Uh...” I say, rubbing the back of my head, eyes still glued to her manuscript. “Yeah, yeah, it's good.”

Her face brightens at the words of praise. “Really? W-what was your favorite part?”

Oh, Christ.

“Um... this one, right here.” I point to a randomly selected passage. Hell if I know what it actually says, that doesn't really matter to me right now. I just need something to get her off my back.

She leans over my shoulder, reading what I've picked out as my 'favorite.' “Oh, y-yeah. I liked writing that one.”

“I bet.” I shove the papers back into her hands. “Why don't you go post it online?”

“Sure!” She takes the story from me, rushing upstairs to start her publishing process.

Right. What have I just unleashed on the world now?
