The Thing is, Izanami doesn't know what Binary is, and that's why all of these messages and links are hidden behind it.  Funny that she knows people are watching her but now about what all these 0's and 1s are huh?
Anyway, the only thing keeping Jo, Inari, and maybe Izanagi himself from coming back to Japan to kick Izanami's ass?  Jo's kids, she recently gave birth to them and none of them want them to get hurt.  Now as for what you and your characters can do to help?
Talk to Izanami.  She's bound to reveal some things on her own stupidly, and because of people's influence on her she'll slowly reveal a set of co-ordinates during any question or first post of an interaction that involves Izanagi, either in the third line of dialogue or the tags.
The coordinates lead to where Izanami hid Jo's universe traveling device, once you have the full co-ordinates?  send them to the askbox, Jo'll be able to see them and she'll send her kids to a safe universe.
Once that happens, Jo'll be able to communicate more openly as she plans on how to take out Izanami.
