(1)Buy something on your steam account so you can make sure the payment information is up to date. ( Make sure to remember what paypent information you used so you can use it at a later date )

(2)Sell your account on the website for a good price so you can get some quick money.

(3)Make sure they have changed the password, phone number and authentication. ( This way it makes them feel like they get to keep the account )

(4)After a couple days contact steam and say your account was stolen and then provide them with what information they want this will include the payment information used on the account. ( They will now remove who ever was using it and all their information and give the account back to you )

(5)Wait for the email from playerauction and when they ask you to help them retrieve the account just let them know you don't have access to it anymore and that you don't what else you could do to help.

Tips:
    *Don't message the person via the website
    *You can message them on a chat service like skype ( it doesn't count has evidence but we recommend you dont )
    *Remain silent to the person and just go back to playing your account.
    *PlayerAuction insurance is a scam and they don't do anything different to what they would do for someone without it.

21:50 Michael : From what I can see anyone can scam on here all they have to do is sell their steam account and then wait a little while reclaim it back via payment information and just don't answer the person who bought it because steam will never say that they have given the account back to the original owner so the information you guys are asking for isn't possible.

Its not fair I spent my hard earned money buying a product from your website and for it to be scammed back is ridiculous.
