We will be happy to complete the order, but we will need to speak to the card holder to verify that the charge is authorized. Please have the card holder call the customer support line for assistance: 866-761-0975 within the next 5 days.
  4. If you are unable to call our support line, you can send us a scanned copy of your ID and credit card (with all but the last four digits blacked out; e.g. xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1234). Please submit the scanned copy as an attachment by going to www.imvu.com/help and following these steps:

  14. 5) Fill in last four digits of your credit card

  18. 7) Click Attach a file, Browse to find your images and Save
