Firstly, I believe you should pick me because I am a hard-working individual that has a strong work-ethic in the Internal Affairs Division. I have been apart of the division for the past year and I believe I should be picked because I am always trying to make improvements to the division such as writing new policies and suggesting them, overall suggesting new ideas & suggestions to try to help the division and to make training much more better.

Secondly, I have a good work-ethic, I have a good understanding of what I am already doing and I guess what I'd be doing as Head of Internal Affairs if I were to get the position. There is much more reasons to pick myself below and I believe I would do a good job as Head.

Furthermore, I have a lot of experience that will help me in the role, I used to be a Police Training Officer, Road Traffic Trainer and currently a Tactical Firearms Training Officer which has helped me mark applications in detail and in a fair way including going with the marking guidelines, including that I have been marking Investigative Assistant Applications for this recent cycle which I have been putting effort into detail and giving good & constructive feedback.

In addition, more experience such as being a People Services Member, I answer to a lot of Helpdesk Tickets and my strong work-ethic is able to be shown by my respnose to Helpdesk Tickets including handling complaints whilst I've been in the Internal Affairs Division. This shows my leadership and including my communications with other people throughout the Police Department.

Lastly you should pick me because I believe I have the relevant experience, knowing what I am doing and how I have experience of doing such stuff that the Head of Internal Affairs would do such as Assigning Complaints which I already have experience doing since I already do that, including training new Investigators, I have been attempting to try my best to attend Complaint Committee Meetings now so I am able to help close complaints and finalise them with other CC Members. Also, you should pick me because I believe I am a suitable canditate for the position and that I am able to lead the division and to improve it the best I can.
