  1. Dragon Water Mastery:
  2. Chinoike clan members have a natural affinity for Suiton, their understanding directly correlates to their ability to manipulate iron in blood. Their blood techniques scale with their Water mastery, a Chinoike who has mastered Suiton and their fabled Ketsuryuugan is a deadly foe. Note: This grants free "Water Specialist", GM help for the entry perk. This also allows the person to manipulate blood or convert water to blood should they be able to infuse their chakra into it. (Scales with Water proficiency for the Sake of Jutsu creation and Clashes. Blood does not have weakness to Doton.)

  4. Dragon's Eye:
  5. This character has begun to advance their abilities with their special eye. They are now capable of casting genjutsu through direct eye contact and gained further mastery of their Doujutsu. Note: This character gains +1 more step to reactive agility when their Doujutsu is active and can create B-rank or lower Chinoike exclusive Genjutsu. Both the sustain and the drain on their doujutsu is completely negated.

  7. Wyrm's Banquet:
  8. The Chinoike is a foe to be feared in battle. Drawing blood in battle makes this character seek for more and more. He won't stop until all enemies are killed and until the rivers are dyed red. Notes: This grants the User Blood Lust Will and +1 Step into Control.

  10. Blood Lagoon:
  11. By exhausting his own blood of minerals when out of chakra, this user can go on fighting even when out of chakra. While if overused this can prove to be lethal to the Chinoike, if used correctly it can give them a important edge over any other Shinobi. Note: This character is capable of using his own Stamina as if was Chakra, instead of paying the increased cost for using Stamina.

  13. Crimson Enlightment:
  14. Through extensive training on their own Kekkei Genkai, this character has finally mastered their own ability to manipulate liquids that have high concentration of iron. He is now capable of casting any water-based technique as a Blood-Based technique instead, and convert pools of water into blood upon contact. Effect: Whenever turning a water-basted technique into blood-based, EITHER the power or speed scalling of the technique is increased by 1 step. (Does not affect the technique cap).

  17. Serpent Illusionist:
  18. The mastery of the Chinoike knows no bounds. They're now capable of learning and using any non-Ketsuryuugan genjutsu through their doujutsu and enpower it, increasing the genjutsu power by one step They're now also able to pull their targets into a genjutsu through another method: Touch. Effect: They're now capable of using touch as a trigger to their genjutsus. The user is also able to learn regular Genjutsu up to B-Rank and cast it through their Ketsuryuugan. Ketsuryuugan Genjutsus can now be used through touch instead of through the user eyes. This allows the Chinoike to create A-Rank Ketsuryuugan Genjutsu.

  20. Crimson Patron (Ultimate):
  21. This character has reached a frightening level of mastery over his blood Kekkei Genkai. He is now able to manipulate the blood of other beings as long as he comes into contact with them. His Ketsuryuugan, now fully matured, is capable of casting the strongest of the genjutsus with ease, putting their enemies at this Chinoike mercy. Effect: Allows the creation of S-Rank Genjutsu, and Blood techniques that manipulate the blood of enemies.
