  1. As we all know, there are too many cases of stolen PayPal payment fraud.
  2. I had to verify the legitimacy of the transaction for the new buyer.
  3. You need to prove that the PayPal account used for payment is yours.
  4. Please read the full terms below before opening a trade!

  14. The first transaction has a transaction legality verification process.
  15. Leave the transaction if you cannot prove that you are the owner of your PayPal account.
  16. Please ask if I am online before placing an order. I will give honest buyers a discount.
  17. You need to provide me with the following documents.
  18. 1. Screenshot of your PayPal account transaction history in the last 6 months.
  19. 2. Front and back photo of ID / driver's license / passport photo and water / electricity / gas bill payment photo.
  20. 3. Bitcoin/Monero Coin Purchase Request Letter.
  21. It should state that you (Real Name, Username) purchased Monroe/Bitcoin from me (Username:NobodyDust ), amount of transaction, trade time, transaction ID, your PayPal account, and a copy of the document photo for step 2. It should be handwritten or printed. The signature must be handwritten. Take photo.
  22. 4. You must use your PayPal-bound email to send documents of step 1-3 to alexyangcnhh@gmail.com
  23. 5. If your verification passes, you will get a PayPal payment link.
  24. 6. I release the coins as soon as I receive the payment.

  37. NOTE: This payment method is high-risk, since it is reversible and for that reason often used by scammers.

  39. Even if you do your due diligence and only trade with reputable users there is no guarantee you'll not end up in a Paypal dispute situation. Here's something you can do to increase your chances:

  41. 1. Request 2 photo ID scans of the user (i.e. passport and driver's license), make sure that the Paypal account name matches the ID.

  43. 2. Tell the user to send you an email from the Paypal email account (maybe even tell them to put the Trade ID and something about the trade into the email).

  45. 3. Charge very high premiums for Paypal trades. For example, 25% and higher. That way you get covered if 1 in 5 of your Paypal trades are scams (given equal trade amounts).

  47. 4. Be wary of high trade amounts. Try to get a few lower amount trades with a trader first.
