  1. Alright, so this is the first staff meeting which will be held every saturday at 9 PM general british time. This is the meeting where we discuss how the week has gone, and what we've noticed as a staff team and what we think should
  2. either stay the same or be changed.

  18. So, lets begin with. Meeting point 1. Organisation of staff

  20. Deluxe and I have noticed that there's completely no control within the staff team and that changes today. When you join this staff team, you join from the lowest point and you work your way up.

  22. So when someone who speaks to you whether he's one rank higher than you or a thousand ranks higher you are to treat him with more respect then you are given. He's a higher up for a bloody reason.

  24. Deluxe and me are working on a system that EVERY member of staff has to go through. This is a small application process that will include, the writing of a new application that is up to standards. ( Everyone here will have an automatic

  26. acceptance UNLESS it is poorly made and completely below our new set standards. A voice interview and an introduction to what your rank is made for and meant for.

  31. So, meeting point number 2. Mutual respect.

  33. Mutual respect is something that is non existent within this staff team, and I'm gonna make sure that that changes from this day on, any cases that involve staff will go through the managers unless explicit permission given to
  34. head-admin to handle the case. If we notice a lack of mutual respect we will punish the individual causing it accordingly based upon the severity of the situation. This will potentially lead to either demotions or even removal
  35. of the staff team. So now, is there anyone that wants to mention anything perhaps something that they really feel that needs to leave their system regarding one another in a mature manor. If not said now, then it will forever

  43. The Chain of Command is to be followed at all times, if a member of staff that is higher up than you tells you something you are to do it and you are to treat them with respect. The higher the rank the more respect. If however
  44. you do disagree which you are allowed to do then you are to state this to them and have a normal conversation about this. If this does cause issues you are to alert a member of management if the involved parties of the situation
  45. fail to do so and cause more issues both will be punished accordingly. Any more questions regarding this?
