Note: The "lock up when formatting" issue, is that when i format my hd - it goes *CLUNK* and stops spinning until i do a few powercycles

<duckinator> but on this PC, it flickers - no matter which plug i use

<duckinator> VGA on my graphics card, DVI on my graphics card, VGA on onboard graphics
<duckinator> all flicker
<duckinator> and i'd bet if i bothered lugging this POS downstairs, it'd flicker on s-video too

<duckinator> the CD drive keeps breaking

<duckinator> i've used it twice today and fixed it 12 times
<duckinator> and then the near-useless case fan stalled
