  1. [23:40:19] <Giantree> Cael! You're... goooooing to see about that funky orb thing and miscellaneous how-the-fuck-do-I-merchant-related thing, yes?
  2. [23:42:01] <Giantree> Alright, you go down the elevator... and in the middle of the floor instead of behind a counter is a tiny blue-haired humanoid wearing a bandana, polishing a gun. She(?) looks up as soon as the elevator stops. "Oh hey, someone brought lunch!"
  3. [23:42:03] * Cael looks pretty silly, with the huge sword slung over his back and carrying that orb from earlier. He looks like he can barely move around like that on his thin and delicate frame! But thankfully he has bones made of solid wood holding him up and he soldiers on, looking for the hideout of this purported 'Din'.
  4. [23:43:38] <Giantree> "... Oh. Oh wait." Din lifts the gun up and flies a bit closer, tilting left and right. Like whole body-tilting.
  5. [23:43:44] <Cael> "Yes, yes, I'm a salad. It's amazing how many people keep making that joke..." he shakes his head though, smiling good-naturedly. "In any case!"
  6. [23:44:26] <Giantree> "Aw, you really ARE a person. Yeah, someone said somethin' about walking salad... oh well whatever, I prefer meat anyway."
  7. [23:45:22] <Giantree> Butterfly wings carry the fairy all the way over to a counter. "Okay, okay, well you sure look like you can put up one hell of a fight, so take my personal welcome on board, wouldjya?"
  8. [23:45:26] <Cael> "I'm Cael, a new Seeker. Yes, I'm made of plants. I'm Sylvari, from an undeveloped world, and yes so do I. Nice to meet you. I assume you're Din?" he walks in and finally lugs that shit off onto the counter or something.
  9. [23:46:02] <Cael> "Of course, thank you."
  10. [23:46:13] <Giantree> Din sets the gun down and stands on top of the counter, bending over to look at them. "Yeah, that's right. Good eye, kid- Din's what they call me and all they ever call me if they know what's good for 'em."
  11. [23:47:02] <Giantree> "Underdeveloped... I'm actually from one of those too. We get used to it pretty fast." Flut flut flut. "Where'd you find all this shit?"
  12. [23:47:20] <Leen> (Another dragon died just now)
  13. [23:47:41] <Cael> He peers at the gun she was polishing with curiosity as she inspects his own things. "A little bird told me you'd be interested in that orb." he remarks. "Both this and the sword came from some sort of living statue aboard a derelict Federation ship we boarded. I suspect the orb was its power source."
  14. [23:48:40] <Giantree> The gun was a blue sniper rifle, or at least from what's obvious a large projectile weapon with 'Visk-235W' scrawled onto the side. It's full of bright colors and excitement.
  15. [23:50:14] <Giantree> Din moves the sword so that it's lying flat, with some effort, and flats over to the orb. "Statue? Statue, Statue... hah, that sure sounds like missions alright. Some idiot got themselves into somethin' they couldn't handle and ended up bringing a muder-robot on board thinking it was a statue or some trash? Go FIGURE. But... hmm, this sure as hell isn't a machine."
  16. [23:51:01] <Giantree> She picks the orb up and holds it- it's ACTUALLY as big as the fairy's entire body. "Little heavy... smells like nothing..." Shake shake, "Doesn't make any noise... yep. Sure is an orb."
  17. [23:51:07] <Cael> "The sword seems servicable enough but it's really not my sort of weapon and I was hoping someone else on the ship could put it to better use. But yes, the creature definitely seemed to be a statue... marked not anything like the robots I've seen here thus far. Mind you I've only been here a day."
  18. [23:51:17] <Cael> *markedly
  19. [23:52:02] <Cael> "Seemed more like a golem, really. The sort of animated statues -we- had on our world."
  20. [23:52:08] <Giantree> "I think I know somebody who can deal with this thing. But... in a sec. Swords are pretty popular these days, y'know!" Flutflut back to the sword. At a closer glance, it seems the blade is actually made of laser somehow.
  21. [23:52:32] <Giantree> "Oh hey, they had those on mine too. So I get what you mean... still, who'd equip a golem with something like THIS?"
  22. [23:53:47] <Cael> "Now that, I'm unsure how to answer..." he looks thoughtful a moment. "But they made a poor choice, it's not theirs anymore."
  23. [23:54:31] <Giantree> "Hrrk. Pretty sharp," Din says while bringing a finger to it, it turns red a bit. Doesn't seem like she cares. "Yeah, this could actually sell for a little. Looks like it has some kinda weird function to it."
  24. [23:55:20] * Oxford ( Quit (Quit: Goodnight, and good luck.)
  25. [23:55:31] <Cael> "Does it?" He peers closer at the laser blade.
  26. [23:56:20] <Cael> "I'm unsure how people in space weave magic with their technology, I don't know whether to question if it's enchanted or not."
  27. [23:56:29] <Giantree> "Mm.. am I... yeah, I'm bleeding. Damn, that's something," she wipes a hand on an apparently-normal-looking fairy-sized spacesuit. "I leave my personal force field on at work just for stuff like this- looks like it can go through it."
  28. [23:57:18] <Cael> "Oh!" he checks his things a moment for a healing draught or bandages or something, but no dice. Then again, she doesn't seem too concerned.
  29. [23:58:13] <Giantree> "Well, whether they can or not, sure looks like they did this time! I'll take it off your hands if you want me to, unless you had someone in mind to give it to." Din holds out a hand and headshakes. "Getting a little scrape like that's not a big deal, don't worry about it. It's pretty much supposed to happen on the job."
  30. [23:58:26] <Cael> "That does sound intriguing... Honestly I would have loved to make use of something like that, but the fact of the matter is that it's just too large and unwieldy for me. Maybe I should try and lift weights..."
  31. [23:58:55] * Cael shakes his head. "No one else I'm aware of wanted it. I figure you'll be able to find it a better owner."
  32. [23:59:28] <Giantree> "Hah! I bet a few other Seeker's buy the shit of it. You're a Seeker too, yeah? I could just deposit it in your account. Let's see, how about..."
  33. [23:59:57] * Cael glances at the prices for the other weapons around the shop while she talks.
  34. [00:01:03] <Giantree> "Well, it's pretty nice and its ability sure as hell isn't something I've heard of, but I can tell it's still really old. You're from an underdeveloped y'said? It's kinda... the space-weapon equivalent of rust I guess. Devices failing and all sortsa fun stuff. How about... 1.2k for it?"
  35. [00:01:31] <Giantree> Seems like a lot of weapons with about as much firing output (how do you even determine that? Who knows!) as the one you have are around ~2,000 or so.
  36. [00:03:00] <Cael> 1200... considering he was paid 2000 for that job and the price of the weapons around here, that's awfully tempting. But he thinks about it. "If it pierces modern force fields so easily it can't exactly be that bad off... but very well, that sounds fine."
  37. [00:04:36] <Giantree> "Well, mine's actually a low-end, too, don't forget that. I bet most of the Seekers have higher-quality ones- and 'sides, the best defense is a good offense. Raw firepower's all I concern myself with."
  38. [00:05:27] <Giantree> "But alright then, you okay with that much then?" Din brings up a little holoscreen and starts pushing a few keys.
  39. [00:05:30] <Giantree> -then x1
  40. [00:08:17] <Cael> "Ah, a combatant after my own heart, I see! I don't favor brute force melee weapons usually, but the sort of firepower one can get from a decisive strike with concealed carry. A good sniper rifle is fine occasionally, too. And yes, yes that's fine. I won't ask anything for the orb, except perhaps a heads up if you figure out what you can do with it. If it WAS that creature's power source
  41. [00:08:19] <Cael> it might could be weaponized. Think of how fun that might be."
  42. [00:09:35] <Giantree> "Pfff," an eyeroll at the first comment. "Done and... done. Wonder if they had any merchants on your homeworld. But naw, who the hell d'you think I am? We're not done with this orb yet!"
  43. [00:10:00] <Cael> "I'm still carrying the pistol I cobbled together on Tyria, and I think while I'm here I might need to get something- oh?"
  44. [00:10:21] <Giantree> She flies over and picks it up, barely able to fly off the counter but does so. "Guns... you gotta tell me about your home planet if they got so many of 'em. They sure didn't have 'em on mine, I had to discover the beauty once I came HERE."
  45. [00:10:58] <Giantree> "Oh, you wanna do more?" Flutflut... in place. "... Err, aw hell, we'll do it in a sec. I'm curious about this thing too."
  46. [00:11:10] * Cael nods.
  47. [00:11:43] <Giantree> "Hey Lem!" Butterfly wings carry the fairy across the whole floor, kind of silly-looking! "What kinda freaky shit're you up to this time? I found a new toy!"
  48. [00:11:46] <Giantree> A door opens.
  49. [00:12:36] * Cael gets comfortable, browsing the knifes and blades.
  50. [00:13:27] * Cael glances up at the door, though.
  51. [00:13:28] <Giantree> Inside is a small, circular room draped with dark red carpets- seem the only lights inside the room are dim ones, too. A humanoid female in GIGANTIC robes almost as big as the room peers out in the middle, apparently kneeling. Hard to tell with that much clothing too. Curiously, her ears are as long as her face is wide, perhaps moreso- and her completely dull eyes make it hard to tell if she even cares much at all.
  52. [00:13:39] <Giantree> She goes ahead and walks out, in the whole robe.
  53. [00:13:53] <Giantree> Lem(?): "... Yes?"
  54. [00:14:05] <Cael> "By the tree..."
  55. [00:14:09] <Giantree> Din: "Get outta that hellhole already, come look at this thing!"
  56. [00:14:19] <Giantree> "... C'mon, walk farther out than that!"
  57. [00:14:32] <Giantree> Din tauntingly flies back as the new person just stares up, still dull-eyed.
  58. [00:14:37] <Giantree> One step...
  59. [00:14:51] <Giantree> "Allll the way, to the counter, that's it..."
  60. [00:14:55] <Giantree> Another step.
  61. [00:15:00] <Giantree> Lem(?): "Why."
  62. [00:15:24] <Giantree> Din: "Someone brought a delicious salad all the way down here, that's why."
  63. [00:15:29] <Giantree> "... Just kidding it's a person."
  64. [00:16:00] * Cael steps forward when he's mentioned. "Cael. A pleasure."
  65. [00:16:32] <Cael> He doesn't exactly go behind the counter or anything but it gives him an excuse to get closer and figure out what this mound of fluff IS
  66. [00:16:48] <Giantree> "Oh," the new person says, finally taking more steps and grabbing the orb, looking straight down in it. "I see. This is it."
  67. [00:16:56] <Giantree> "This is yours?"
  68. [00:17:17] <Cael> "For a certain definition thereof. Let's say 'yes'."
  69. [00:17:58] <Giantree> The room is ACTUALLY just lots of red blankets in there. Turns out there are a lot of funky-looking items inside as well, minerals in shelves and so on. At Din's request the woman actually left the room- to note, it's hard to tell whether she's really short or hunched over with how big the robes are.
  70. [00:18:51] <Giantree> "My specialty... yes, it is. Lemmens, Cleir. Call me the first one." She holds it up with one arm - something Din couldn't do for size reasons - and knocks on it with a fist that's barely able to slip out of the robe's gigantic sleeve.
  71. [00:19:00] <Giantree> "It's magical."
  72. [00:19:07] <Cael> "Aha! Thought as much."
  73. [00:20:01] <Giantree> "What magic..." Din just floats back and grins while Lemmens continues, "... Difficult to tell. Perhaps ancient. Perhaps unknown worlds. Powerful magic... more powerful than most symbologists here. Likely isn't symbology at all."
  74. [00:20:21] <Giantree> "What would happen if it was destroyed..."
  75. [00:20:30] <Giantree> Her bored eyes seem to light up a bit. Just a bit.
  76. [00:21:12] <Giantree> "... It can be made into something. What kind of something?" Headshake.
  77. [00:21:17] <Cael> "I'd wager an explosion powerful enough to obliterate all present. I'd rather do that to someone I don't like thank you."
  78. [00:21:26] <Giantree> "Hmm..."
  79. [00:21:50] <Cael> "But you are the experts?"
  80. [00:22:00] <Cael> He thinks a moment.
  81. [00:22:06] <Giantree> "Unlikely. Also my specialty, this may only obliterate a couple."
  82. [00:22:13] <Giantree> "All present... that's three. So perhaps."
  83. [00:22:54] <Giantree> Din: "Yeah, I dunno if getting obliterated's something I'm too hot on. At LEAST don't do it near my stock, got it?"
  84. [00:23:24] <Giantree> Lemmens: "Expert... yes. Definitely the expert. We can do something with it if you'd like, but it might cost..."
  85. [00:23:57] <Cael> "If it's as powerful as you say, it could certainly be useful if converted into a weapon of some sort. I'll consider it, yes."
  86. [00:24:33] <Giantree> "It could, but not by itself. It's raw magic. A poorly-coded program written for a specific purpose."
  87. [00:24:59] <Giantree> "But it could be rewritten into something more useful. If the 'program' is added to something that exists."
  88. [00:25:00] <Cael> "Then maybe a few missions down the line. I imagine I'll gather enough interesting materials..."
  89. [00:25:05] <Giantree> "By itself..."
  90. [00:25:38] <Giantree> "... It might be able to make a small, ancient Earth-era device. Computational device. Low-end communicator with limited functions."
  91. [00:25:47] * Cael is starting to get lost with all this talk about programming.
  92. [00:25:49] <Giantree> "Bland," she scoffs at the orb as if insulting it for existing, but holds it up.
  93. [00:26:11] <Giantree> "It's noted. Name and face also noted. Want it back?"
  94. [00:26:26] <Cael> "For now. I'll return once I've found something to add to it."
  95. [00:26:43] <Cael> "Thank you for your help, Din, Lemmens."
  96. [00:26:46] <Giantree> Nodding, two massive sleeved hands present the orb back.
  97. [00:26:56] <Cael> He takes it back gingerly, a bit more careful now.
  98. [00:27:07] <Giantree> "Understood. Happy hunting," Lemmes says in a totally bored tone and slowly heads back to the red room.
  99. [00:27:21] <Giantree> Notably her robes have red on the trims too, though they're mostly violet.
  100. [00:27:34] <Giantree> They look a LOT more modern than the ones Marah wore, for instance.
  101. [00:27:45] <Giantree> also +n
  102. [00:28:02] <Giantree> Din: "So, you said you had more stuff to do?"
  103. [00:28:03] <Cael> "Nice enough. I do wonder what sort of potential may lay in this. Anyway! I do believe I was saying something about looking for some new weaponry."
  104. [00:28:41] <Giantree> "Yeah, sure, c'mon over and have a look! Showin' these off is supposed to be my job, anyway. You were saying somethin' about firearms?"
  105. [00:29:36] <Cael> "Yes, of course." he shows off the flintlock. "It's worked well enough so far, considering the quality of armor here, but I also figure I might need to either upgrade to something more modern, or improve my weapon variety."
  106. [00:30:34] <Cael> "It doesn't fire energy like your fancy phase weapons, but it has quite a bit of punch. Not so sure I want to let go of it just yet, but I'd like to know what you'd recommend."
  107. [00:31:09] <Giantree> The shelves are lined with funky-looking laser weapons- most of them are ALL like that, though over on another shelf is the melee section with a few things that look like they're made of physical material. That isn't, you know, lasers. "Hmm... yeah.... yeah... this looks like it has some firepower to it, considering its make. Could probably kill an unarmored humanoid with a good shot."
  108. [00:32:05] <Giantree> "Phase weapons are sometimes toned down, Federation law likes to crap all over 'em- that's why we're US, y'see? There's usually really strict regulations that they have to be on their 'stun' settings, instead of vaporization mode... but the cheap models can't quite 'vaporize' so much as just 'hurt a fucking lot.'"
  109. [00:33:13] <Cael> He duplicates the flintlock, forming the plantgun in his other hand. "Of course, I rarely use a single shot." He spins the weapons a moment before holstering the real pistol, and the other one vanishes in its own course. "I see, yes, that -would- limit their usefulness..."
  110. [00:33:51] <Giantree> "This little guy," Din fluts behind the counter and brings up a rifle that looks... how can this be described? Like stag horns I guess... pincer? Whatever that's called. "Has something like that, but it's pretty hefty. You look like you're a one-handed shot, yeah?"
  111. [00:33:53] <Cael> "Perhaps a good sword or dagger, then, until I can afford the better stuff."
  112. [00:34:16] * Cael looks at the rifle with curiosity.
  113. [00:34:26] <Cael> "Yes." he nods.
  114. [00:36:45] <Giantree> Flutflut... land. "This here's my good friend Justy-235T... it's named after one of the 'three masters,' from some media you've probably never heard of. I never have either but hell, that makes it popular, so whatever! A shot from it can vaporize a lot of matter at once, though you'd have to be really precise to kill with it. Anyway, this model's pretty popular, I've been trying to recommend the comm chief to switch out for it. Doesn't seem like she ever did though," a shrug. "Let's see, swords, daggers..."
  115. [00:37:56] <Cael> "I happen to pride myself on precision, so that's something to consider."
  116. [00:39:06] <Giantree> "I've been having some tough times getting stocked up lately," Din muses while throwing some rickety-looking weapons to the side in that comical, cartoony way, "'cause lots don't really wanna do business with us. Not bein' behind Federation law makes 'em think we're criminals or some shit I guess, so most of what I have's just junk. Lem over there runs a business that involves mashing things together until they look new and fresh... she doesn't do it herself though. Just helps anyone who wants to."
  117. [00:39:39] <Giantree> "So someone could take this," she pulls out a bent sword, "and turn it into something that... well, can actually cut, for starters."
  118. [00:40:04] <Cael> (Oh holy shit)
  119. [00:40:07] <Cael> (Demi is really good)
  120. [00:40:19] <Giantree> (yeah it seriously is, I was like "what the fuck I should just make it quarter instead")
  121. [00:40:36] <Giantree> (... and then realized no, no it's fine)
  122. [00:41:30] * Cael nods a few times.
  123. [00:42:14] <Giantree> As if to give an example Din rams it backward toward her own face and a green flash of energy sends half of the weapon flying into a wall. "... Whoops."
  124. [00:42:16] <Cael> "I've dabbled in weaponsmithing so I may try my luck. If someone were to dedicate a little time I imagine you could have your inventory filled right up."
  125. [00:42:19] <Giantree> "Anyway yeah, that."
  126. [00:42:45] <Cael> He picks up the blade half, tsking.
  127. [00:42:51] <Giantree> "Exactly! But nobody DOES. Everyone here just wants to cook or clean or do sissy shit, it's amazing I stay in business at all... well, that's thanks to the Cap'n."
  128. [00:43:31] <Giantree> "Even the other Seekers that work here just picked out their favorite weapons and never bothered buying anything else."
  129. [00:44:23] <Cael_> "I happen to have a great deal of respect for cooking, myself. But I see where you're coming from."
  130. [00:44:34] <Giantree> "Oh well sure, I respect EATING."
  131. [00:45:04] <Giantree> Taptap. The fairy's little feet pace back and forth on the why am I calling her a fairy anyway Flau is a more PROPER and ELEGANT name than that
  132. [00:45:58] * Cael ( Quit (Ping timeout)
  133. [00:46:08] <Cael_> "It's as I told Ja-er, a friend of mine. Cooking can be incredibly manly under the correct pretenses. You have to know how to carry yourself in the kitchen, for it is a battlefield all its own. But I digress. If you need help... then I may as well devote my time there when I can."
  134. [00:46:12] <Giantree> "Anyway let's see, this guy over here... feels like it's supposed to mean something too, but I sure as fuck can't remember what it is." Din picks up a sword coated in dark energy and flies across the counter.
  135. [00:46:26] <Cael_> He drops the blade shard on the counter and looks at it.
  136. [00:46:28] <Giantree> "Ja."
  137. [00:46:49] <Giantree> "Jasper? Yeah, he likes to do that whole 'manly cooking' thing. Makes kinda decent curry. Anyway watch this..."
  138. [00:47:05] <Giantree> She swings the weapon along the ground and it sends a wave of dark energy across the ground!
  140. [00:47:29] * Cael_ raises an eyebrow in surprise. "Interesting technique."
  141. [00:47:55] <Cael_> (I did consider it but Shockwave is based on Power)
  142. [00:48:47] <Giantree> "Yeah, some people - like me - can do it on their own if they focus their MANLY BATTLE ENERGY enough. Shit like that. But this time it's actually part of the weapon itself, so any wimp can do it! 'Pparently it makes 'em feel cool."
  143. [00:49:08] <Giantree> (yeah, it's still BROKE by th- oh yeah I just took that in your game despite being DEX-based if you want to make a joke about it)
  144. [00:49:19] <Giantree> (... broke bullshit still)
  145. [00:49:19] <Cael_> "A demon's fang, biting into the enemy from a distance... Mm, what else do you have?"
  146. [00:50:13] <Cael_> "If I'm going to use a blade I'd prefer to get closer and more personal with the enemy. Better to find their heart that way."
  147. [00:51:35] <Giantree> "These guys." Din flies back and juggles a couple red daggers. "They're kinda traditional, so they're not really plasma weapons like a lot of what we use. They're heated in such a way that they can probably cause a nasty burn if you do it right."
  148. [00:51:47] <Giantree> (what the fuck was I doing making flare baselards tier 2, fuck it they can be 3)
  149. [00:52:20] <Cael_> He looks between the Flare Baselard and the Justy.
  150. [00:52:46] <Giantree> "My stock's kinda low... actually if you wanna know a secret." She fluts down and looks around.
  151. [00:53:08] <Cael_> "Mm?"
  152. [00:53:17] <Giantree> "My low stock bothers the hell outta me. I was working on submitting a request to the Seekers' Guild about finding out where there's some supplier who'll give a shit."
  153. [00:53:30] <Giantree> "And THAT way I could probably get a ton of new goods."
  154. [00:54:40] <Giantree> "And who knows, maybe if the Seekers come synth stuff together - that's what it's called by the by - a lot I could fill up the shelves that way too? Oh yeah..."
  155. [00:54:50] <Cael_> "That sounds like an excellent idea... in the meantime, I'd like to pitch in if you don't mind taking on an unskilled apprentice."
  156. [00:54:58] <Cael_> "Synthing, I mean."
  157. [00:56:14] <Giantree> "Hm!" Din grins. "I like the sound of that! If you know how to do it you could always take one of these shoddy old garbage-lumps and turn it into something worthwhile. Hell, I'd even give you a discount... not sure if Lem'd discount you on buying stuff to smash it together with if you'd need those, though."
  158. [00:56:56] <Giantree> ".. The reason I say that is because 100 is really pretty much nothing anyway." She picks up a claw-gauntlet that looks like it's falling apart... oh, it fell apart.
  159. [00:57:16] <Cael_> He considers it and nods. "I think I could devote some time and money to that, but it'll likely take a while before I'm good enough to- ...well there's no way that could be much worse really."
  160. [00:58:33] <Giantree> "Yep! Story of my frickin' life. More of these things than I want, that's for sure."
  161. [00:58:49] <Cael_> "At least you have some certified gems among the rubbish. I'll do what I can to help you get a better selection to your clientele, Din."
  162. [00:59:48] <Giantree> "Awesome!" The Flau fistpumps. "Cael, was it? You bet your ass I'll be lookin' forward to it. Meeeeanwhile lemme know if you're ever interested in any of these."
  163. [01:00:08] * Cael_ nods, still having trouble deciding...
  164. [01:00:12] <Cael_> 1d2 Baselard or Justy
  165. [01:00:13] <DiceMaid-9001> Cael_, Baselard or Justy: 1 [1d2=1]
  166. [01:00:39] <Cael_> "I'll take one of these." he indicates a Flare Baselard. "Though I don't doubt I'll be back for that one." he says, looking at the Justy.
  167. [01:00:42] <Giantree> (I'd giggle at the idea of dual-wielding sniper rifles but I -think- Spica has Double Up too)
  168. [01:01:11] <Cael_> (Pft, I wouldn't do that. I'd use one and his default pistol, silly. So I wouldn't lose as much stat bonus)
  169. [01:01:31] <Cael_> "Aaand, let's see. That's not all, I think."
  170. [01:01:47] <Giantree> "Oh, sure!" Since it's ACTUALLY tier 3 and not to your wack goof of a GM fucked up on the shop page! That's what said goof gets for writing the whole thing while being half-asleep and never updating it despite promising to. "Probably 'bout 2k for it if you can shell that out."
  171. [01:03:43] <Cael_> "I do believe it's worth it, and I'll take three of those shoddy monstrosities as well" He points to the broken Rickety Gauntlet. "...And one of those pipes too."
  172. [01:04:19] <Cael_> "I'm going to need a good deal of practice."
  173. [01:04:27] <Giantree> "Hmm... sure! I like your attitude, so just gimme 90 per. Sound good?"
  174. [01:04:36] <Cael_> "Perfect."
  175. [01:05:07] <Giantree> All of them are eventually placed on the counter after a lot of fluttering. Why DOESN'T she have like, a robot assistant or something anyway?
  176. [01:05:20] * Cael_ forks over all the money he was paid earlier and lets her deduct the other 360 from the amount she charged from the Zalure Sword.
  177. [01:05:27] <Giantree> And of course, some more button-tapping on a holoscreen...
  178. [01:05:49] <Giantree> "Mm, alright, all yours! Good doin' business with ya."
  179. [01:06:13] <Cael_> "And if you'd like some assistance tending the shop sometime, give me a call. Your friend doesn't seem like she gets out much. You too, Din." he smiles cheerfully.
  180. [01:06:53] <Cael_> He grabs his redhot knife and synth-junk, stuffing it into an already bulging sack with that orb from earlier.
  181. [01:06:54] <Inu888> (Everyone should be Dual Wielding lahtis.)
  182. [01:07:19] <Giantree> "Hmph! She says that den of hers is the best place for making things, but it's boring in there if I do say so myself. Maaaybe I'll do that sometime."
  183. [01:08:02] * Cael_ waves and takes his purchases back up the elevator!
  184. [01:08:10] <Giantree> Vwooo...
  185. [01:08:19] <Giantree> Suddenly on top of the elevator there's a SPACE WHALE!
  186. [01:08:24] <Giantree> no just kidding that's probably it
