When did you first join the NemeGaming network? I believe that I have first joined the network back around November 2016, not really talking with the community and eventually started taking the server seriously when the new forums came out.
Have you ever been punished or banned on NemeGaming? If yes, What are the reasons and why should this not affect your chances of becoming staff on NemeGaming?
Yes, I have indeed been punished on the server. All of the bans that I've received are either false or for testing purposes, like the bans that I've got from the AntiCheat. However, I have also received a mute in the past for toxicity which was a complete accident on my part. I believe that these false bans and legitimate mutes should not affect my chances of becoming a half moderator on the network because of the silliness and idiocy that was put in when I've received the punishments that still last on my profile. I also believe that these punishments should not affect my ability on becoming a staff member because of how much you can mature over time and make up for your mistakes, which I did.
Is there anything you would change or add onto the NemeGaming network?
If I would have the chance, I would personally think about adding things such as a global friends system, guild system, and other things such as more ranks on drugwars, a rankup system on kitpvp, and an equal set of kits that would provide fairness for the whole server, which wouldn't drive players away from playing/

How many staff applications have you made on NemeGaming prior and why do you believe this one should be accepted?
In the past, I've created multiple applications which I've asked to be denied due to multiple ties to myself becoming randomly inactive due to school and multiple surgeries that have occurred on my eye which have helped fix my vision. However, with school quickly coming to an end and no more surgeries to come, I have been able to free my schedule giving me more time to focus on my future on neme and my possible ability to become a staff member on the network.
Tell us about any previous staffing roles on other networks, and why should this experience help you as staff on NemeGaming?
In my past, I've been staff on multiple small servers. I've recently worked on a small factions server with Percy, which has been going well until we had to close it down because none of us could pay for it. I've also been a helper on a server called SpongeCraft, which also seems to be a dead server which might have been hacked in the past by an old manager. I've also staffed a server called LunarHCF, which has also closed down due to lack of funds and players. I believe that my past experience will help me as a staff member because it will tell me what I know about hackers, spammers, advertisers, scammers, and even more that might happen on the network.
Why are you the best candidate for Half-Mod?
I believe that the reason why I should be selected for this role as a half moderator is because of my experience of being a staff member, and also my familiarity of the rules that are enforced on the network. I am extremely active in the chat, with seeing users and their constant toxicity whilst other staff members like Jrod_Jdwils are offline for a couple moments. Another reason why I believe I should be selected for the half-moderator position is that of my ability to efficiently take video recordings of hackers and screenshots of spammers and/or advertisers, to quickly remove them from the community so every other player's experience on the network is as fun as possible. The final reason why I believe I should be chosen for this role is because of my maturity and attitude on the server and to the players around me. I am extremely respectful to users on the drugwars server and providing them with as much help as I possibly can if they're new.

Scenarios
You are the only staff member online with around 200 players. Questions are starting to become overwhelming, you’re currently trying to watch and record a hacker. Players want you on a variety of servers to help them out, some also just want general chit chat. Considering you’re watching a hacker who is ruining a number of players experiences, what would you do as a Half-Mod?
As a half mod, I would continue attempting to recording the hacker whilst also speaking and helping other players on the current server, and telling players on the other servers to please give myself a minute to record and ban the hacker arising. Once the hacker is banned, I would go to the other servers where assistance is needed and provide players with the help they would need.
A bug/glitch has been found by yourself which allows you to spawn in items or abuse the economy. You’ve noticed that a number of players have become quite rich recently and you have no idea who they are. What would you do in this instance?
What I would do as a half mod is report the glitch to an upper or developer so they know about the error. I would then question the users who have instantly become rich possibly due to the bug that has been occurring on the server. If the user is caught to have been abusing the bug, I would punish the user (by request of an upper or administrator) for rule 3d or duping.
You’re either on MineChat or your recording software isn’t working, quite a few players are messaging you about a suspected hacker who is also quite well known in the community. After checking staff chat for assistance nobody seems to be online, what would you do?
As a staff member who has situations like this in the past on servers that I've been a helper on, my reply would be quite simple, and that would be for me to ask the user if they can possibly record the suspected hacker and send me a video of him that he uploaded to youtube, and ask for the link provided whilst uploading. If the user is indeed hacking, I would go back on minechat or in-game, and ban the user for rule 1, or hacking.
A large number of players have started to riot due to the ban of a well known member of the community. More and more players are coming online, jumping on the bandwagon and rioting. You do not have permission to mute chat, slow chat down, nor can you keep up with the screenshotting of spam to punish. What would you do as a half-mod?
As a half mod, I would one by one tell the users to calm down with the rioting and tell them that if they each continue spamming, they will receive a mute on their account. If the users continue to riot even after I've warned them, I would tell an upper staff member (G-Mod, or S-Mod) to please come online and mute the players who are constantly spamming the chat with the nonsense of someone being banned.
