I'd like to do a miniature ribbon master contest where participants have one month to take a gen 6 pokemon (pentagon required), obtained after the start date to prevent an unfair head start, and obtain every ribbon from gen6/7. Those who complete the challenge participate in a similar contest to a breeding contest where room + staff vote on their favorite. Maybe require something fun where they have to take a final photo with their prized pokemon at the alolan photo club to submit.
1. Ribbon master a pokemon and take photos along the way for a large imgur album, mandatory photos such as at the E4 and notable trainers(20/50) at the battle maison and battle tree and ultimately the pokemon with all obtained ribbons. Can post an example of what this will look like using one of my own pokemon.
2. By votes, explained above.
3. It could be run solo, but would run more smoothly with helpers to collect and review the ribbon proof and answer general questions  such as: What is the alolan photo club? How do I upload images to imgur? Who is phone?
4. One month to finish the pokemon, One week to vote on a winner.

Feel free to add any ideas and suggestions but I thought this is a fun way to get users to play through parts of the game that they would otherwise have little to no interest in. Please feel free to add ideas for how this could be done, such as general themes or ways to make this process smoother.
