StickyWicket: So, would you consider me starting an HL2RP to be leeching?

You sound like some power hungry kid that people see posting on facepunch every day, wanting to magically spawn something out of the blue.

StickyWicket: I've only recently been told that HGN /attempted/ doing it.
StickyWicket: But, if creating a server results in you some how getting angery than I don't want to do it.
StickyWicket: Me and Brandon wanted to create the server so we could do it when we didn't want to do SRP
StickyWicket: Basically: We want to stay at HGN, because we like HGN. But create that HL2 RP because we like that too.
StickyWicket: We agreed that we would rather stay at HGN

StickyWicket: The only thing we were afraid about was that you would consider it a bad idea

|HGN-Dir| Last.Exile - Fuck ACTA: It will only piss me off in the end and you will probably be wasting your time. Running\leading\developing a community is really hard dedicated work. I have run HGN's SRP for 4 years now, pretty few can claim such a statement as that.

StickyWicket: But for now, the server's going to stay inactive till I can decide if I want to keep the server up or not.
StickyWicket: So let me summarize: I want to create an HL2RP server based off of the HL2 Beta. The main problem with that is that no one from HGN wants to be banned by going to a different commiunity.
StickyWicket: I'll be frank here: Everyone I've talked to about this says that there is a no tolerance policy for people who go to different commiunities.

StickyWicket: What do you mean by support? Support as in make it a part of HGN?
StickyWicket: Because that is not what I wanted to do.
StickyWicket: I simply wanted to make a server that was based off of my idea.

StickyWicket: The people from HGN that have already have played on the server have said that they don't want to leave HGN in anyway.
StickyWicket: So I don't think that will be a problem.
