6. How you could benefit the community{100 words minimum}
Well I'm a really friendly person and i enjoy helping out, Also i have a lot of experience as a staff member on practice servers and faction servers. I can bring kindness to the server by being kind to players, I can bring help to the server by helping out players with whatever kind of questions they have, I can bring loyalness to the server by doing my job. Also i am really active which means i can moderate chat a lot. I can help out because of all my dedication towards this server and how much i enjoy it, I can benefit many things to Crunchy, I'm really good at share screening and can find many clients, I can moderate chat pretty well as i was Trial-Mod and then Moderator, those servers i was staff gave me a lot of experience and if i get accepted i will make sure to bring all of my experience towards the server. And if i found a hacker i would start recording right away and tell them to join discord and i would look over their files, first i'd check what version they're running and if so how many mods they are running. the reason i would record the screen share is because they might try to lie and make an appeal saying i abused and i didn't find anything, and then i would continue the share screen.  But this is obviously if you make hacking against the rules.

8. What past experience do you have at being a staff member?
I have a great amount of experience of owning a server, I was a owner on my server called 'YetiCraft'. A prison server with around 25-37 players at all times, this gave me quite a bit of experience with dealing with a well-sized community. Another notable server that I was a moderator on was 'aquacraft', a skyblock server that's concurrent player base was about 90 players before an ownership changeover and i disliked the owners way of owning a server. The largest server I was a moderator on as 'Vexedmc', a prison server that at its peak had 242 players online at one time. My responsibilities on each of these servers were similar to my responsibilities I'd be taking on as a staff member here at crunchy, such as handling players who are using anything considered to be an unfair advantage or just simply those who were breaking the rules. I also had to take on the responsibilities of handling reports and appeals so I've got a vast amount of knowledge in the processes of doing so.

9. Are you able to record the hackers/spammers/etc Yes i can Record them with OBS and send the to a higher staff member.
10. Why do you want to be a staff member on this server?
Not only is it a step up on responsibility but the ability to help other players in need of support or knowledge with relative ease. I find joy in other players enjoying themselves, and I am always willing to give a hand and help another player in need to the best of my ability regardless if this is indeed a faction server. If promoted to this position not only will my life experiences, and knowledge of such a position will aid me as a helper in this amazing community. However, it also gives me the opportunity to help the network remain a fun and interactive community while providing my service to others, ensuring that every player here on crunchy has that beacon of light they can approach. I am a passionate young individual who aspires to achieve many great things while impacting the lives of others. There is nothing more that makes me happier than seeing someone in happiness. Through seeing others relieved or even exultant makes all the stress worth it. I am enthusiastic towards helping others, and even if I am not capable or unsure in regards to an issue that may be occurring I will always find a solution to ensure that person is in a better state than they originally were!

11. Why should we accept your application over others:  I think you should pick me over anyone else because I would be dedicated to my job. I would be dedicated to helping player's at any time that includes if I'm grinding I'll stop grinding and help the person that needs my help.
Crunchy is a server that will grow very soon and it would just be a honer to be apart of helping it grow, being staff and helping player's. I love crunchy but not too many staff members so there will be more hackers (which I dis like) than players, like I could be if I was a staff member. I have noticed the more the server is growing the more people that need help with hackers and cheaters etc. There for I think I would have the experience and the hours that would be great for this job.

 I would just love to give back to the amazing community and get rid of most of the hackers, cheaters and warn the people that like to disrespect staff, disrespect players and spam chat with foul language and sexual language.

Mature: Perhaps the most important of all staff requirements. I am 14, and I am an extremely mature person. I know how to have a good time while also being firm. I do not mess around in an interview/screenshare. I take my positions seriously, and I know that I can help keep the chat clean, clear of negativity, and enjoyable.
Hard worker: I work very hard with everything i do that is important i will give it my all. This is no exception. Should I be accepted, I would put countless hours in. I would do every task I was given before I logged off, and really tried my best to exceed the expectations. I am a very tough critic of myself, which I see as a good thing. When I feel I could have done something better, I will either fix it extensively, or restart said task.

Communication: I am excellent at communicating. If I know of a problem, I will be very outgoing about fixing it. I will let the higher up staff know of said issue, and not stop until it is resolved. I speak my mind in a nice and respectful way, and will be honest in all my convesations/dealings with other players/staff members.

Fast Learner: I pick up on things really quickly. If there is a situation in which I need to learn something new, I will ask as many questions as I can, so that I fully understand it, and can practice.
Friendly: I am a genuine happy and nice person. I strive to make everyone feel included and appreciated. I always have other people's best interests in mind. This includes both in person conversations such as screenshares/mass moves, forum replies, discord comments, and chat messages. Even if someone is disrespectful to me, I see it as even more of an opportunity to prove them wrong. If someone called me a bad staff member, I wouldn't start having a go at them in chat.

Passion: I am very passionate. I have been playing minecraft for about 7 years or so, and I can honestly say, I am having some of the most fun I have ever had. I am so passionate about servers from my previous experience. It really makes me happy when I read other people's staff applications, and especially taking into consideration other people's feedback.

I am capable of owning a server and I’m good with commands but I’m not good enough to be a dev.

But I am learning how to code websites with html but I would call my self a beginner as I just started out.
