Tell us something about yourself:

My name is Nathan Caste, and I am Currently at the age Of 27

Years old. I was born and raised in Toronto and I moved to Los Santos at the age of 5. I grew up and got a High school Diploma from Los Santos High School and went to college to get a bachelor degree in chemistry. After I finished college I went to Los Santos University to study Criminal Justice. I am the type of person to set my mind to something and no matter what challenge comes into my way, nothing is big enough to stop me from stopping me from achieving my goals.


Why do you want to join the Los Santos Police Department:
The reason to why I want to join is because I am always looking over the horizon and around the suburbs of Los Santos looking for a life time career and I feel that the Los Santos Police Department would suit me perfectly due to my interests. I do have a degree in Criminal Justice which I find very essential to have while working in the police department and I want to serve and protect the citizens of Los Santos. Every other day I either see someone dead on the streets or police officers in guns fights risking their lives to protect others. I feel that if I contribute and put in time and effort we could make the city an even safer place for citizens to live. Also I am a huge team player who never leaves someone behind and I think the LSPD needs someone to face challenges like that without stopping them. I also have effective communication skills which is something the LSPD needs either in a car chase or making calls to save someones life.


Why should we accept you above the other applicants:
As I have previously stated I do have a degree in Criminal Justice which is exemplary to the LSPD, in addition I am a team player who always gets something done if I put my mind to it. I believe that hiring someone like me would be a amazing thing because the LSPD is a huge team all together and they need to work as a team to keep a city safe. Also I am a leader and not a follower. I will pitch in ideas in scenarios where needed to either conduct a rescue mission or arresting someone if needed.[/legend]

What are the strengths that you can offer to the Los Santos Police Department:

My three strengths are Respect, Dedication and Courage. Respect to me is the main strength that anybody in the LSPD should have. I feel that if i respect the others around me I will get the same thing in return. No matter who it is I believe that respect should be given out no matter how high or low you are in ranks or as a civilian in general. Dedication is something that most people do not posses when working jobs like this. Sure... some people will work hard for about 2 or 3 weeks but then start slacking off because they are not dedicated to their job to protect everybody around them. Last but not least, courage. Courage is a strength I have that I am very proud to have. I'm the type of person to take full responsibility for my mistakes. I don't try to run away from my problems. Instead I confront them because that is what you need to do for it to be resolved.

What are your weaknesses that we can work on within the Los Santos Police Department:

I have two weaknesses that I am not proud of. Early judgment and short tempers. Some reasons in the LSPD that might get me mad are when either people are slacking off or they just give up on saving someones life. When I see these things happening I tend to get angry because if these people are not putting in the time and effort like everybody else I simply do not think they should be working this job. Early judgment is my second weakness that I currently posses. I tend to judge people for their action either poor or good actions before even knowing the reason to why they did it. I feel that I can overcome these weaknesses with the help of LSPD officers because I know that the LSPD is notorious for that.
