The roster changed pretty significantly on Zek'Voz compared to that first hour we had on it which was just the Mother roster so we could see the fight for the first time, I don't think any single person was stopping us but I feel like I have made the best changes I could to give us the best chance on that boss tonight. In regards to your ilvl thats your issue do you think its fair that 20+ other players in the guild are putting in much more effort outside of raids, such as actually playing m+ and doing 10s rather than their highest m+ being an 8.

I completely agree that healing is not sorted but I have been in charge of the raids for less than a week now and already we have had organised CDs for every mythic boss that I am calling out, obviously we won't have any CDs ready for a quick hour on Zek'Voz but if you were to check to healer channel and maybe contribute sometimes you would see that myself and Niya have organised a rotation for tonight.

In regards to dispels on Zul you were the only class with a mass dispel I don't understand how you expect any other healer spec to compete with that, although I do agree the shamans could have maybe purged more.

By the way you are talking about innervate you clearly dont know its strength or the correct usage of it in a progression raid, the earlier you call for that innervate the sooner it comes back off CD. You don't earn some sort of prize for surviving a fight without asking for it. Use every tool available to you.

I haven't been making the roster for Mythic or Heroic until this week and I put you in for a full heroic clear and Mother mythic and if you managed to impress us there I am almost certain you would have took Khazarian's spot. I understand you were 30m late and that is fine but you need to make it more clear when you return whisper one of us in game or jump in discord and say something while there is downtime. We got to Mother mythic which you knew you were in for and there was no sight of you so we got another healer in to carry on. After killing Mother we went to finish heroic Mythrax and G'huun and once again you were unreachable so we had to go on with a different healer.

I feel like I personally have given you ample opportunity to prove yourself to the raid, but by the amount of effort you put into your character being the lowest ilvl in the guild (Khazarian was higher than you 24 hours after rerolling). Maybe if you actually gave a shit it would show in raids and you would have been in every progress raid.
