- Lineup by ability, keep The State of the NBA in nets regardless of condition. Subs at 65, sub out the non medal SSs + the most tired CB, go +2 at 65 regardless of result.
- If the game goes to extra time sub out the most tired CB before extra time starts.
- And if it goes to penalties, put the State of the NBA as the fifth penalty kicker, have the original fifth kicker as the sixth.
