What triggers the quest: Buying a drink as Warsmasher

Quest description: Sarge buys a drink, and then another and another.  Soon enough he's shitfaced and starts a bar fight.  Lower accuracy/strengthen but higher resistance(drunks walk away)

What the reward should be: Ten Brews of Strength

What happens in the quest: Sarge starts a fight, and the player has to play as him during it.  Jordan is there to help Sarge if he starts to lose.
