Motion To Have A Point System

The following Motion is for a point system. This point system will be required for all ranks. You will need a certain amount of points to not get suspended. If you do have the certain amount you may stay as your rank or maybe get promoted. This point system will not be required for anyone with a inactivity notice. Points can be given out by HRs at trainings and shifts .
