  2. I'm searching for a cloud provider, which fully supports IPv6 for hosts.

  20. For now, I see, that only AWS can offer such setup, except that communication over IPv6 is not supported for an inter-region VPC peering connection.
  21. Azure, GCP, AliCloud - they don't have full IPv6 support, or there is no IPv6 support at all (except load balancers).
  22. Vultr has IPv6 support, but they provide only 1 NIC to the Internet.

  47. There are a lot of providers, who have IPv6, but usually, there are a lot of limitations (like Azure, GCP, Vultr, AliCloud, etc.)

  59. Azure and Google Cloud platform and AWS for that matter are aimed at large corporate and government customers who want to buy a stack of servers and have them all load balanced.
  60. They are not basic VPS providers, I mean AWS offer them through Lightsail but it isn't there core market, look at the customer lists.
  61. Even lightsail has things like load balancing and the like that you can add.
  62. For your requirements given you are so focused on the network side of it, I would just buy the hardware including the networking gear such as switches and routers and colocate everything in a DC.
  63. The likes of Equinix will do you a good deal if you know the right people and they have multiple DC's.
  64. Talk to a couple of medium sized colocation providers about what they can offer you.
  65. This will get you ware you want to go quicker.

  77. We do support with Exoscale multiple locations, IPv6 (no NAT) and ability to have additional IPs. However we do not support announcing own IP ranges.
