  11. Their long-running roster instability problem started after three of the five TNC Pro Team members which competed in The International 6 parted with Fnatic. Since then, the team built around the duo of Chai “Mushi” Yee Fung and Chong Xin “Ohaiyo” Khoo was only completed during their short stint at ESL One Genting 2017.

Shortly after the Malaysia-based tournament concluded with a bland performance from Fnatic’s side, they had to release their tournament stand-ins Muhammad "inYourdreaM" Rizky and Ng "YamateH" Wei Poong due to the players’ personal reasons. This left Kim "Febby" Yong-min as the last player to stick with the post-Spring Shuffle squad.

  15. With the SEA qualifiers drawing near and two positions are still up for filling, Next Generation Dota 2 replaced Fnatic in their stead.
