A character who needs to be good at combat should have high Perception, Willpower, Intelligence, and Memory (since
the combat skills use those attributes and thus will train faster). So for fast PvP skill training remap your neural
attributes (Character --> Attributes) in order to dump all points into 'Perception' then put leftover points into
'Willpower'. Then use these implants:

1) Ocular Filter - Improved
2) Neural Boost - Improved

Once all the skills using those attributes are leveled then do a 2nd remap and this time put all points into
'Intelligence' and leftover points into 'Memory'. Then use these implants:

1) Cybernetic Subprocessor - Improved
2) Memory Augmentation - Improved
