The first time you fight the pistol shrimp you think they’re kind of cute, in an odd, lopsided way. They’re smaller than the crabs, and visually a lot less intimidating. The second time you’re wary, because while the Dance of Wind kept you well away from it, that weird blast attack of theirs is loud. By the third time you hate them. Hate them with a passion. Also, you think you’re going deaf.
